The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is just next to the Shinagawa Station. I feel good especially when I was taking my baggage from the airport. The reception and the restaurant staff are all very friendly and nice. Some improvement may be needed for the room, as it is not cleaned up very well, and the remote control of the television was not working well. But overall, the room is bigger than I expect before, and it is very comfortable.

What I like the most is the distance between the hotel & the station, only 5 min walk from Shinagawa station. What a big plus is that only 10-15 min train ride from Haneda airport, vs over an hour express train ride from Narita. Hotel is new, breakfast option is good, too. Don’t forget to check out the sunset from the lobby. Exceptional view.

The location is perfect. The hotel is right outside of Shinagawa JR station, it was extremely convenient to go to anywhere in Tokyo from here. The service was average, nothing more than what can be expected from an ordinary 4/5 star hotel, or even less. The other night, we found the housekeeping didn't give us new toiletries, so we called front desk asking for one set of toiletries, but the representative could not get me, so I said "I need one set of shower stuff, like shampoo and shower gel." And then, I got exactly what I asked: one shampoo and one shower gel, no hair conditioner, no body lotion, no soap. This was really beyond my imagination, or maybe this hotel was just short of supplies? (The only thing that impressed me was a little teddy bear as a complimentary from Intercontinental for my wife's upcoming birthday) We stayed 6 nights with Intercontinental this time, and I started to suffer a serious pain on my shoulder and back from day one and it was just getting worse every single day. I found the bed and pillows were not comfy and somehow kept my body in a bad shape when I fell asleep. All these sufferings disappeared right after I moved out and stayed in another hotel in the rest of the days in Tokyo, so I think there must be something wrong with the setup in Intercontinental (especially the pillows I think). So, frankly it was not a pleasant experience with Intercontinental this time, and I will probably not choose this hotel again in Tokyo in the future.

酒店整體非常滿意。房間及浴室空間寬敞且非常整潔。交通也很方便，車站天橋步行太約6分鐘就到達，會再次選擇。

Second times experience in this Hotel, sure comfy for our trip in Tokyo. Breakfast was great and many choice. Suggest to have choice for pillows. We felt too soft and flat of pillows. Maybe other guests loved. If choices can be made, it’s really considerable to guests.

Overall very good with excellent staff who are very helpful One small incident - There was a seemingly used shower cap hanging in the bathroom when I checked in.

浴室設計得很美，但浴室窗門與浴缸之間的空隙，非常污糟，雖然沒有必要留意這一地方，我也只是因為花灑的水弄濕了窗門，一望之下才發現這空隙非常污糟，像完全沒有清潔過一樣。 除此之外，房間的冷氣不冷，已經調校到最低的18度，及high的風速，但是房間仍是很熱。 最嚴重的是，房間內的地氈污糟，我坐在地上執拾行李之後，大腿及手臂已被地氈上的虱咬了數處地方，實在不能接受。我在check out的時候，有向concierge的同事反映，但她只是說了一句I am sorry。

酒店位置非常方便。從品川站走連通路就只需5分鐘便可直達酒店，附近有商場及不同餐廳可以選擇。JR品川站是一個大站，若要轉乘新幹缐或Metro也很直接。酒店房間非常寬敞，光缐充足，三人房的空間也很足夠，一點也沒有擠迫的感覺。浴室空間夠大, 而且裝修新及非常清潔，所以給人的感覺良好。我們一連住了四個晚上，非常舒適。下次再去東京的話，仍會選擇這間洒店。

The front office staff was really friendly and helpful. Bed was huge and comfortable. Overall very good value for money.
