位置很好，鄰近很多著名食肆。距天文館通很近，到其他景點及商場只需走不超過半小時，非常方便。大堂有一個吧位可免費取浴鹽，鹿兒島商場很早關門，食完晚飯可以泡個熱水浴，很貼心。

The hotel room is small which is very common in Japan while it is located in Tenmonkan area with a lot of restaurant choices. It is also very closed to tram station and airport shuttle bus station. Most staff can speak only few or even no English, but lucky that there is a young female staff who can speak very proficient English and helped us a lot. Considering the price, location and room cleanliness, it's a great hotel with very high CP value.

本人對此酒店非常失望、晚上七時到check in,唔識英文的員工只能安排’吸煙‘房、完全❌⋯⋯我說我是要求非吸煙、那可否看看有沒有！結果他只是說’NO’ and Sorry!完全溝通唔到仲叫我cancel去找個另外一間酒店、實在太過分
