It was a great experience to stay here. They also provide a free shuttle bus to the Kansai airport, so it was very convenient, especially when you have an early flight.

One of the best airport hotels in Osaka. Pretty close to KIX, it took around 10 minutes away by their free shuttle bus. I had to catch the flight in the early morning, and their shuttle bus started at 5:20 earliest departure. The room was very spacious, large bathtub, nice bedding, with high-quality amenities. Just a walking distance from Rinku Town Station by Nankai Train, which is extremely convenient even if you arrived late at night. Staffs are friendly with decent English speaking.

Have a great stay here, and they do provide free shuttle bus to Kansai Airport. Nearby is Family Mart and Lawson. Easy check-in and check-out, staffs are friendly, room is spacious.

We were travelling with 2 kids, we just landed at KIX at 21.30 and checked in at 23.00. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We got 2 double beds and 1 single bed that was very sufficient for our family. We could access YouTube and Netflix also from the room. Overall, the bedroom and bathroom were clean and very satisfactory.

At first quite skeptical of the hotel, but once we arrived, it's very close to the train station and has a path walk, plus it has konbini inside the hotel. Very fast check-in and check-out process, I travel quite a lot but this time, it took around 2-3 minutes, fantastic! The room was very spacious, family friendly (I traveled with 3 kids) even with a 3-bed option, the bathroom was also super clean, so I can say that I had a fantastic time staying there. Oh, I forgot, they also have Airport Transfer, it'll save a lot if you travel with family.
