one of the best onsen ryokan I have stayed in Japan. you could feel the history of the ryokan. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food is awesome and highly recommend to take the dinner + breakfast option. Overall, a lovely ryokan suitable for single to family travelers

The best Onsen Ryokan in Tottori. The staff were super friendly and could communicate in English. The onsen was old given the history of the ryokan but still very good. The food was awesome too. Large room, the traditional service you would expect in onsen ryokan and definitely a must stay hotel for onsen lovers!

旅館的整體設施頗佳，除了有大風呂，亦有免費的家庭風呂，由於是旅遊淡季，不需要輪候，隨時可以使用。住的是和式房間，由於年紀大了，睡在地上爬起來有點吃力，另外，晚餐也是在房間享用，由於是懷石料理，前後坐在地上進食個多小時，腰部酸痛頗難受，所以第二晚要求轉往餐廳享用，也可以真正享受到食材的美味。

住了一睌，有家族温泉好特別。早晚都很豐富美味，物超所值。Check out 時原本要求代叫計程車往另一酒店，因為在車站附近，他們索性用shuttle bus送我，十分感激，因為外面下著大雨。服務十分貼心。
