It's one of my favorite hotels in Tokyo. Friendly staff and spacious rooms. It's located in a convenient area. Lots of restaurants and shopping areas. The airport bus is just across from the hotel.

因有件事情要麻煩一個職員協助，但該職員態度有點不耐煩，令我感到有點失落，相信只係個別職員，酒店大部份職員都親切有善！
酒店地點方便，步行去Metro的日本橋站或者東京站都只係5-10分鐘路程！
走到東京站旁的方向亦有巴士去機場！
酒店行前少少就有7-11便利店！
大堂有多款免費飲品糖果選擇！
4樓有飲品的自動販賣機！
房間感覺頗為寬敞，乾淨！睡床軟硬度適中，枕頭兩個一硬及一軟！
但浴室沒有浴缸！
房間窗戶沒有景觀，只望隔離大廈！慶幸隔離大廈是沒有窗對望！

第一次入住，酒店周邊環境好舒服，酒店內乾淨整齊，房間內整齊整潔，這個旅程入住酒店的3人房和2人房，入住3人房間時，廁所浴室分離，感覺非常不方便，而入住2人房，2床之間沒有空間，上落床非常不便！最令我煩惱的事，執拾行李，住3人房時，不能開3個喼，住2人房時又不能開2個喼，希望可以改善一下

I left my item in the hotel room. The staff is very helpful to assist me to deliver my item to me. The hotel is also in very good location near Tokyo station and surrounded by bus station, department stores and restaurants. All staff can speak fluent English which is rarely seen in Tokyo. I would definitely go back next time traveling in Tokyo.

I left my item in the hotel room. The staff is very helpful to assist me to deliver my item to me. The hotel is also in very good location near Tokyo station and surrounded by bus station, department stores and restaurants. All staff can speak fluent English which is rarely seen in Tokyo. I would definitely go back next time traveling in Tokyo.
