Hotel terbaik dan terdekat dengan seki resort niseko, Staf ramah pelayanan sangat baik untuk penjemputan dari stasiun kutchan ada shuttle dari hotel tiap jamnya, onsen rooftop ya terbaik. Pokoknya hotel ini tanpa kekurangan sedikit pun.

This is definitely a perfect place to stay. Room is really comfortable and the staff treat us so politely. The hot spring is also very good! The room we chose to stay had a big French window which has a perfect view of Youteizan. Overall I higy recommend this hotel!

Staff are helpful and very nice. We did not expect that hotel would be able to provide seasoning for cooking. When my little girl went to the front desk to ask for some seasoning, the staff could immediate provide for her and even told her if not enough we can call them send to our room.
This is the first time we try to play firework in Japan but we did not sure where’s the right place to play. When we check with the staff in front desk, they can help to check for us and lead us how to go to the right place in fluent English. Their helps made our trip more joyful.

連續住宿6天，但床單都沒有天天更換，房內瓶裝水也有一天沒一天的，廁所小垃圾桶也沒有天天倒乾淨，希望改善！
畢竟ㄧ晚要價不菲！
