非常西洋派的旅館，很適合要來藏王花很多天雪的人～～飯店人員也都是外國人（為了來滑雪打工換宿那種），氣氛很有趣！
離看樹冰的纜車比較遠（約步行15分鐘），另外如果有大件行李，建議走溫泉街上去，旁邊的車道比較危險。最後，早餐好吃🙂

整體感覺都還不錯，只是離車站下車處有點距離，購物也不太方便。個人建議，可在客房內提供電水壺，方便房客隨時使用。

非常舒適的環境，員工非常親切和善，每天的早餐與晚餐很多元很好吃。
離車站約7.8分鐘的路程，有一小段上坡路段。

蔵王温泉なのに温泉が無いのが残念。スタッフの教育が不足しており、単なるアルバイト。
ゲレンデまでスキー靴を履いて登っていくのが少し厳しい。そんなには遠くないが、スキー靴だとほぼ限界。
