This hotel very new and very clean with good location, very convenient 5 min drive to Gotemba outlet, many restaurant near by. Excellent service, love the hot spring. Will surely recommend to stay at this Hotel. Just love it!

Wonderful experience! Unlike the popular Hotel Clad which is too busy for those who like a quiet and relax hotel, this is situated closed to the shopping outlet with only 10mins drive. Rooms are spacious, five stars service across all units including room service, front desk, restaurant and house keeping, great appreciation to all of you!

Good experience to have big, nice room and the officers are all polite and helpful. The only disadvantage is the room does not have enough light in night time. Quite dark depends on few lights

Thank you for the hospitality service of hotel's staff, there is a feeling of home which is seldom to have in other hotel. Nice scene of Mt. Fuji in the morning at the windows, wonderful!
