I love this hotel, even it is a bit aged in the lobby. Location is super good that you can walk by few minutes to one of the exits of subway, or even the Nagoya Station via the underground street. What impressed me is the hotel provides non-plastic daily products, which upgrade the class of your living. With a big window in the room, you can enjoy the street view of Nagoya city area. Staff are super friendly as the Japanese always does. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. I will definitely stay again for next time.

we requested an extra bed online when we booked the room. However, when we checked-in the hotel, the staff claimed that they have sent an email to me asking for an extra payment for the bed, but I didn't reply. I insisted I didn't receive any email from the hotel. Finally, we stayed in a twin room which is big enough to have two king size beds put together, and it is still very comfortable for three adults.

Late check in 櫃檯英文溝通比較不順，白天房間必須要在下午2點前譲房務打掃否則沒有人整理補備品。但是櫃檯有好心送了備品，所以問題有處理完成！附近有3間超商也離車站及百貨很近。入住有迎賓飲料！早餐豐盛且有草莓！
