The hotel is located at an excellent location which is next to Kyoto JR Station (bus terminal, taxi and UBER). This is easiest place for you to go anywhere. There are two big shopping malls connected inside the subway near the hotel. various restaurants around the corners
The staff can speak good English and very friendly. I will highly recommend this hotel for business or travel while stay in Kyoto.

Value for money. Convenient, just 5 min away from Subway and Kyoto station, lots of restaurants in the underground mall. Room is a little smaller than expected but it is comfortable. Staff are helpful. Breakfast is good.

The hotel is located at an excellent location which is next to Kyoto JR Station (bus terminal, taxi and UBER). This is easiest place for you to go anywhere. There are two big shopping malls connected inside the subway near the hotel. various restaurants around the corners
The staff can speak good English and very friendly. I will highly recommend this hotel for business or travel while stay in Kyoto.

Booked 3 rooms and with different arrival date. The counter insist me to provide the name for 2nd day arrival, or they don’t do check in for me which is nonsense. I was traveling from another city to Kyoto and the front desk threaten me if not providing the name for the 2nd day arrival, then they won’t be able to check in. SAD!

The receptionists were all very helpful. A very cozy hotel, however, to me but personally, the bed is too soft.
