夕食のパエリアも非常に美味しく、素晴らしい宿泊となりました。
夜に宮ノ浦港周辺の散策をするのも丁度よく、移動計画も立てやすい立地です。

The experience at this hotel was wonderful! Really friendly and helpful staff and the luggage transfer service recommended worked out great. The views from the property are amazing, and it was a good location for exploring the art museums from. Beautifully designed rooms also. I would stay again!

朝食、夕食とも、地元食材も合わせた美味しい料理でした。
室はまだ新しく居心地良かったです。
少ないスタッフでフロント対応されていたので、サービスはあまり良くありませんが、アットホームな雰囲気で対応してくれます。

There is a check in at the port, it is confusing to find the check in desk.
We had nice help at the desk generally but the person there does not always speak English and will call someone to help.
We reserved breakfast and were very disappointed, the sausage cold, the hash brown potato cold and undercooked, the yogurt was a very small amount. Our room was lovely and clean , the bed too soft though. We were not in the main lodge so if we had questions we had to walk from our building, there is no phone or reception other than at the restaurant. We had our luggage delivered from another hotel but not to our room. The expectation was we were to take our luggage in the rain , down a hill walking. After a discussion it was delivered but this was poor service in my opinion. We had a harbor terrace room , so disappointing to be told not to space on the terrace after 8:00 pm due to children next door, this hampered our enjoyment of using the terrace.

Petits déjeuners et repas du soir excellents. Une suggestion plus qu’une critique pour atteindre la perfection : des dîners avec des plats plus locaux, mais toujours aussi bons.

Beautiful location but be prepared for a manageable hike uphill.Breakfasts were delicious- including 7nlim8ted free coffee and juice. Very nice. Loved this place and would highly recommend. Drop your bags off at the Plum, and for a fee they will deliver it and return to the Plum when you leave. The Plum is right across from the ferry terminal.
Quite a few steps up to the room and we did not see an elevator. There is a back way in, however, that should be good.
A lovely visit and wonderful stay. Thank you!

非常に清潔で安心してステイ出来ました。場所は多少分かりにくいですが、スタッフの方が教えてくれます。2階ベッドの柵がないので、子供が落ちないかをしっかり見る必要があります。眺めも良いです。
