酒店正門入口有七級台階，行李需要提起走上去，設施稍為老舊一點。地下室內停車場多柱，泊車需要特別注意，其他整體都可以接受。

Old interior, but a receptionist have a good service

Personnel courtois, attentionné et tes serviable. De plus le manager de la réception parmi un Français parfait.

We had a lovely time here! We were travelling by public transport, and this spot is a little of out of the way, but they sent a shuttle to the train station and it was easy to arrive. It was not clear from their website that the restaurant would not be open for dinner, and the closest restaurant by foot (other than McDonald's) was a 30 minute walk away. That was no problem; we had a nice walk, a great dinner, and really loved the onsen!

ほとんどの従業員の方は、気持ちの良い対応でした。ただ、楽しみにしていたサウナが故障(？) なのか冷たく入れませんでした。そこは残念でした。

夕食が美味しく、品数もありよかった

温泉がきもちよかったです。日によっては貸切時間があるとありましたが、30分だけでしたのでなんの問題もありません。アメニティもかなり豊富で面白かったです。 朝食もいただきましたが、美味しかったです。 細かいところが気になる人や極端な綺麗好きの人には向いてませんが、そうでないならかなりオススメです。

部屋が広くてよかったです。

古い宿ですがとても快適で居心地良かったです。ホテルのスタッフさんは海外の方が目立ちましたが、とても親切でとても良い印象が良かったです スリッパが古くて消毒されていたとしても使用したくなかったです。アメニティーは揃っているのに使い捨てのスリッパでは無いのが不思議でした。 それ以外は、和室、温泉は最高でした。 部屋の緑茶が美味しくてチェックイン時、大量購入しました。 また、4階の朝日は絶景でした‼︎ 偶然だったのか？夜到着したから気付かなかったのですが、早朝からの移動だったので、目覚めの朝日に感動♪ 絶景過ぎて出る時間を遅らせたくらいです。 とても綺麗で値段がつけられない体験でした。

スタッフの認識不足

It was an old building that was okay but not well-maintained. The staff were very helpful, kind, and friendly, despite their limited English. The great bonus was the onsen (hot spring). The room was very big—almost three times the size of other rooms we stayed in during our visit to Japan. However, the location was not good at all, being next to a busy highway and very far from the old town or Nara Park.

Unglaublich freundliches Personal, der schönste Onsen unserer Reise, sehr leckeres Frühstück, kostenloser Parkplatz, insgesamt fantastischer Service und ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und gemütlich. Bad allerdings extrem klein, wir haben den Onsen benutzt. Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass das Hotel an einer Hauptverkehrsstrasse liegt und ein bisschen weg vom Schuss ist. Mit dem Auto aber kein Problem. Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenhalt!

Onsen and massage chair awesome. Make sure to book your shuttles as it is far way from the station.

Nowhere to dine far from anything and hard to get to. Having the onsen was its saving grace.
