Staff is friendly and sincerely. Room is clean and tidy. Outlook and interior design are excellent.

除了房間老舊，其他都很不錯！

地點好，前往草津溫泉或商店街都非常方便。酒店內溫泉很舒服，有足夠locker和梳妝位置。晚餐一般，早餐較好，用膳餐廳為和式設計，獨立包廂位置，很舒適。服務體貼，每次外出，不用告知哪間房，服務員已認得及把你的鞋取出放好。

泡湯設備很棒，湯質非常好，加上離泉源很近，逛街非常方便，尤其晚上更美！

Very clean and comfortable, nice Japanese decor, great location, and amazing onsen. Shuttle service to / from bus station is convenient. The meals can be improved however.

唔知點解晚餐好難食但早餐好好食 員工都好有禮貌 佢地未必個個都可以用英文溝通但仍然會好落力用日文同身體語言同你溝通 價錢合理 位置都好方便 草津真係好靚 土產都好食 有被爐好開心

Professional staff, nice food, well prepared room. However, onsen is a little small but still enjoyable. Better to have vending machine if possible.

從進入飯店就開始感受到旅館人員很棒的服務，會主動詢問退房後的行程，並安排旅館巴士時間。旅館雖然百年但維護很好、很乾淨，溫泉很棒，若晚餐及早餐能再加強，就更完美了。 旅館出入很方便，附近已經有很多吃的，很熱鬧, 7-11就在附近。 但館內很安靜舒服，至草津各處景點都很方便。

A very top Japanese hotel in terms of service, environment and location.

Naraya Hotel provide an excellent experience for us. Good service, big room, nice hot spring and delicious Kaiseki cuisine. It will let you become going back to old Japanese life. I will share my experience to my friend.

Very goof onsen hotel. The facilities are good. Dining area is good and food is very great too.

We love staying at historic hotel. Best feature of Natalya is it's on-site onsen which is convienently accessible for hotel guests. Dining was great but they need more staff training for international guests. Checkout was a bit chaotic and inefficient with guests sitting around in the lobby waiting for the turn to be checked out (two staff at reception, and only one was doing all the checkouts). Otherwise, the hotel is convienently located close to town center and walking distance to the bus terminal, public onsens, etc.. we booked a room that overlooked the kusatsu yubatake.

宿泊前に予約確認のメールを頂いた際にバスターミナルまでお迎えをお願いしました。到着したら連絡くださいとの返信がありましたが、当日到着時間にお迎えにきてくださりとても助かりました。 口コミでお料理のことを書かれている方がいて気になっていましたが、そんな心配もなく、夕食、朝食共に大変おいしかったです。お湯も間違いなくすばらしいです。男女交代制です。
