Good experience!

酒店新穎漂亮，也很舒適，車位略少，但下次也會選擇這裡。

Clean & new, but the room is too small.

整間旅社非常乾淨，裝潢新穎具時尚感。飯店人員服務態度及溝通能力佳。有間小小的健身房也是不錯的設施。唯一可惜是房間內的空間很小，房間設計空間安排過於緊湊。

Small room, not really fit for snowboarding with clothes and stuff for hanging up to dry up overnight. Breakfast is expensive (4000 yen @) but the quality and choice are just average comparing with other hotels. Facilities are new.

酒店內的大浴場很捧，也有一個露天浴池，晚上可以看到星星。環境靈靜舒適，是渡假必選。

The suite I stayed in was very spacious, enough for a family. The dinner served was very authentic, and there were many choices for breakfast. I hope they keep the rooms clean. I will stay here again next year.

Personale molto accogliente e disponibile in particolare Natasha parla un buon italiano. Nelle vicinanze numerosi ristoranti Onsen piacevolissimo e curato Fermata Lavender bus a pochi passi fondamentalmente per i tour. Colazione ricca occidentale e non. Cena shabu shabu a prezzi onesti. Complimenti a tutti lo staff!

Amazing experience very well maintained and relaxing hotel

Made to serve breakfast was great. Staff extremely pleasant and English speaking

great breakfast and onsen and access to kita slope.

Staff was amazing. Ski area is a 3 min. walk. Rhythm ski rental has a pickup bin in the locker room. Room was comfortable and clean. Laundry facilities wash/dries clothes effectively. Breakfast staff was very helpful and friendly.

This hotel is nice and convenient to the Furano gondola. Important to note that many prefer the other side of the mountain for better expert terrain. The room (2 beds) is very tight. Decently designed for hanging ski gear, but lacking in drawers for other things. The bathroom is the best part. Roomy, for Japan, and great water pressure in the shower. The beds are firm and may not suit all. Interesting pillows - one had an almost straw like filler. The staff is friendly and very willing to help. Great ski equipment room. My one complaint is that there are no areas where you can gather without having to order food/drink from the hotel and play games, cards or simply socialize. I’m used to the lobby being a point of gathering in most places, but Nozo seems to think you need to pay to enjoy their limited lobby area. We only ate one meal there, but enjoyed the burgers. The Onsen is relatively small, but very clean and functional. I will consider the hotel again, but have found better options through talking to other skiers.

Amazing hotel: perfect location if visiting Furano ski resort, staff is friendly and super attentive, clean and great amenities. This will be my go to spot whenever in Furano.
