This is my third stay in Oakwood Premier Tokyo, a great location next to Airport Limousine bus and Tokyo Station. Walking distance from Ginza and next to Ramen street in Tokyo Station.

We had such a pleasant stay here with our 3.5 YO daughter. All the hotel staff over the reception desk are super friendly and helpful.
We need to thank Angrita who went the extra mile to help me call my last hotel for a lost item and his help in allowing me getting the room before my hubby came to check in and pay. Goto was also super friendly and kind and made me feel so welcomed.
Breakfast at the lounge may not seem to have too many options for food but to me they are good enough and everything was of high quality.
All in all, we would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family!
Hope we can revisit again soon!

We need to thank Angrita who went the extra mile to help me call my last hotel for a lost item and his help in allowing me getting the room before my hubby came to check in and pay. Goto was also super friendly and kind and made me feel so welcomed.

All in all, we would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family!

Location is excellent. Very nice check in and check out experience. Staffs at front desk are all equipped with knowledge and experienced, and they are all in very good spoken English. Room is clean and tidy with all utilities available for service apartment at 5 stars hotel level. Will come back if I visit Tokyo next time.

原本非常期待的住宿體驗,卻因客廳沙發夾縫中有之前房客遺留的物品且非常地髒,讓地點便利,住宿寬敞的優點失去意義,
希望能改進,不然不會再考慮入住,這也是本人在日本住宿星級飯店中最差的經驗.

地點很好！就東京八重洲北口旁邊！ 房間舒適，服務員態度很好！唯一不足是剛到達未知如何進來！門口有個按鍵，但不知按那一個，剛好有同住的客人進來才入到大閘並坐電梯到六樓lobby 登記！
