Sangat bersih, sangat compact walaupun kamarnya kecil tapi cukup, hampir tidak ada kendala, dapat handuk baru setiap hari, so good! Lokasinya juga dekat ke Station Minowa, recommended, dekat tempat makan (Yoshinoya), dekat ke supermarket lokal yang harganya murah, harga sangat bersahabat.

距離上野才兩站地鐵，房間很乾淨，公共衛浴廁所很多間也很乾淨，房間是輸入密碼進出很特別，房間內有洗手台，唯一很特別是房間牆上有對外通氣孔，冬天時冰冷空氣會一直灌進來，當然噪音也聽得一清二楚，但晚上整體算安靜，還是很推薦便宜乾淨的旅館

介於青旅和飯店之間.有牙刷毛巾的備品.但沒有提供熨斗的服務.覺得應該至少要有一支可以供商務客人使用.退房後行李只能寄存到下午五點.(黃金周只能到一點).這個在官網或是訂房網也沒有說明(超過時間居藥要收1320日圓.比車站還貴).這一點真的是大大的扣分.事先告知的話可以最後一晚找別家能免費不限時放行李的.然後拌入住還要填一堆資料也相當麻煩.通常給護照就可以了..優點是房間隔音不錯.不太有吵鬧.距離地點近.若上面缺點能改進.會願意再次入住.

房間設計有點古怪，像我使用的房間床邊有條人要貼牆才能走過去的狹窄小通道通往床尾的一小片空位，那位既不能放置行李又不能放櫈或梳化，就那樣一個空位放著哪裏沒有用處，房間有洗手盆，但沒有廁所也沒有浴室，要沐浴或上洗手間得要通過走廊到對面的全層公用洗手間浴室使用，整體上還是整潔舒適的只是感覺上是比膠囊旅館好一點有多一點私隱度的旅館只是有些設定比較特別罷了，旅客購買前要了解清楚，只推薦背包客或商務客使用，一家大小的旅行單位就不推薦了。

You have to consider about this price of a rooms without private toilet and bathroom is worthy or not. The location is good tho.

新經營的關係環境很整潔，也滿近地鐵站，附近也有不少食肆，當中有數家是24小時營業，很方便。只可惜房內沒有椅子和桌子，要工作也只能在床上進行，吃東西側要上頂層（8層）的共用空間才有椅桌。想獨遊/工幹的人們會比較不便。
