I had one night stay with my mommy. The room was spacious, services offered by the breakfast buffet place was wonderful, food was perfect with plenty of choices - the food quality was top notch and was even better than some of the 5 starred hotel in Tokyo I had before. Front desk staff were helpful but some of them got poor English and couldn’t understand what I asked for. Anyway, still recommending this place to anyone staying in Kobe!

The hotel is located at Former Settlement Area in Kobe, with walking distance of around 15 minute to JR Sannomiya Station or Metro Motomachi Station. However, the atmosphere of western countries was great. The hotel reception is at Level 17, with terrific view of Kobe Harbour. The hotel staff was exceptionally professional and polite. One of them even guided me from the hotel reception down to my room. The room was spacious with classical decoration of photos, painting about Former Settlement. Toilet and bath are in separate rooms. Wash basin and make-up corner are outside the bath with plenty of consumables. Kobe harbour and tower could be partly viewed from my room at Level 9, blocked by some buildings and carpark nearby. Overall, it is an enjoyable experience to stay at this hotel.

The suite is amazing with the window view, and the minibar is highly recommended. The bed and glasses would be cleaned up during 5 to 8 pm if you are out of the room during the time, which is omotenashi to my point of view. Great hotel with such a price to offer and lots of big name hotels can't catch up with such quality.

harbor view房間其實景觀並不怎麼特別，是隔著許多建築遠望見港口和很多停車場，所以除非樓層比較高不然似乎不需要刻意訂望港口的房間。備品充足，淋浴水量超大又熱得快，床非常好睡，隔音很好。
