It was a great place! They even gave us a free room upgrade which was very nice since we had a lot of luggage ! The room was amazing and loved how respectful they were. They know English but they don’t always understand exactly what you mean so I suggest using a translator to help them out better.

We had a great time at Pearl Hotel. Closed to the station as well as 7-11. Our first night in Japan, our first hotel was this hotel. Amazing time here.

經反映後換到高層非吸煙房乾淨很多
離茅場町站5分鍾內步行距離

房間內含一張特大床，窗戶無法打開，以至於半夜常常被暖氣熱醒。浴室非常小，個子高很容易撞到頭。飯店附近有屋台關東煮(冬日限定)與幾間居酒屋，不怕半夜餓肚子~

這間飯店的交通算很便利,距離茅場町車站大約只需步行3-4分鐘,可以搭乘東西線和日比谷線. 另外距離利木津巴士總站T-CAT也很近,走路約7-8分鐘可以抵達.飯店雖然有提供接送服務到巴士總站,但必須是剛好巴士沒有其他外務才行.櫃檯有會說中文的服務員,用英文溝通基本上也無礙~房間有點老舊,室內空間也不大,一個人還算OK,兩人就會顯得擁擠,但這基本上是許多東京飯店的共通狀況.不過房間打掃的非常乾淨~值得注意的是,飯店並沒有電子鎖,所以客房還是用鑰匙開關,每次出入必須交回櫃檯保管.還有雖然提供有線上網服務,但房間沒有網路線.至於週邊環境因屬商業區,所以幾乎沒有太多可以逛的地方,只有一些餐廳,Starbucks,巷口有一間便利商店.整體價位算便宜,適合想省錢又尋求便利的遊客入住.

The room had holes and smells cigarettes. I ask for another one but they didn't have any. Very disappointed, especially if you travel with kids. I handed up looking for another hotel.
