我來東京三次都住這間酒店，前兩次我覺得房客與客服人員素質都不錯，今年這次住房讓我覺得不知道是不是有接團體客人，讓我覺得房客素養都變的很差，飯店大廳接待人員沒什麼笑容，如果飯店少接團客我還會來拜訪
