Excelente atención

The room was large by Japanese standards, but it's not sound proofed, as my room faced the main street, it was very noisy and I had a difficult time sleeping. Also the room was very dark, I would have preferred a lighter environment.

We took the tatami apartment, with separate bedroom. Big bathroom, nice amenities. Close walking distance to train station and shopping centre, that has many food options.

Room was clean and well maintained. No issue checking in, it was simple.

チェックイン方法が分かりにくかったです。

The entry is extremely hard to find- look for a narrow doorway in the middle of the block, not where the map places you. Signage is poor. Take the elevator to the 5th floor. Reception is unmanned but there is a phone if you have problems with their automatic sign-in (we did). Once we were in the room it was fine for the night.

遅くのチェックインで、チェックインに手こずってしまいましたが、電話対応も早く、対応すごいよかったです。

Good value for the price. The checkin procedure was a bit difficult to navigate as there is no one at the location. We did find the phone and it became very easy.

The room was absolutely amazing. The beds were a little hard, but I guess that is to be expected in Japan. Other than that super satisfied with our stay. Would love to stay here again.

駅近、コンビニが近く、便利です。 ただ、WIFIの電波が、弱すぎて、全く使い物になりません。この時代、致命的かと思います。エアコンもカビ臭かったです。 風呂場は、清潔で、浴室乾燥機もよかったです。 価格に見合ってると思えませんでした。

Impossible to find. Two taxi drivers brought us to the wrong place. Your property is very badly marked. Eventually went to the Random Hotel who had to bring us there in a taxi. Unable to call you. We spent over 4 hours getting there from Hiroshima Station that is approximately 4 kms from there. Very inconvenient. It was a stressful experience. How can you be located in a place that taxi drivers can't find? Doesn't make any sense.

チェックインの仕方で少し手間取りました

とても素晴らしいお部屋でした！ 良かった点 ●駅が近いです！5分以内で着きます。 ホテルに着くまで、バスターミナル、路面電車、コンビニ、こじんまりとしたお食事処がひしめき合っていました。 ●部屋が広いです！家具もとても心地よく、子どもたちも大満足でした。 ソファもふかふか。空間コーディネートもステキで、自宅にいるような感じで非常に落ち着いている雰囲気で外出から帰るのが楽しみでした。 ●水回りも清潔でした！(ちょっと難点は、トイレとお風呂が同室なのですが、お風呂のドアが透明なので、風呂を使っている間はトイレと洗面所が使えません。突っ張り棒と暖簾を持っていくといいかも(笑) ●ホテルの建物1階が不動産屋さんで、その左側に入口があり、入口に入ったら右奥に進むとエレベーターがあり5階に無人のチェックインタブレットがあります。事前にいただいているQRコードでチェックインします。(簡単です！）

We enjoyed our stay. Will definitely book Randor again if we come to Hiroshima.
