環境差，洗漱用品差，廁所差，吹風筒也差，而且還貴，跟其他同價甚至是更便宜的酒店或民宿比較的話太虧了

住宿面積大，地方也很清潔乾淨，不過比較殘舊。只有一個洗手間，如果人數多的話就會不太方便。另外我在這住了6天，從未有見過員工，寄存行李也只是自己把行李放在小小的櫃位後，其實是沒有安全保障。地理位置尚算方便，附近有幾家超級市場和便利店，但走路到最近的電路站需要10多分鐘左右的步程。

住宿前後都有大型超市很方便。交通位子也很不錯。只是這次我們入住2/27-3/5、對於打掃真的要加強。我們入住時、在床底發現還有前面客人的小朋友襪子&餅乾屑。冰箱旁也是無意間發現有灰塵。還有洗衣粉也都沒補。

레지던스 호텔이라 직접 조리해 먹을 수 있어서 가족여행 및 가성비가 아주 좋습니다

Checked out early because the room was dusty and unclean.

Warning: -this hotel operates with 0 staff on site. We didn’t see a single person who worked there. -The room was nasty dirty, like stains on walls and bugs in the lamp. Obviously hadn’t been deep cleaned in a while. Smelled lightly of cigarettes. -All the fixtures and appliances were cheep and out dated by a decade at least. Pros: Easy check-in/ out. Clean towels. Large space for the money. This is only worth it if you are a group of dirtbags looking for a cheap place to crash/drink. DO NOT EXPECT TO IMPRESS ANYONE! In spite of the name, there is nothing grand about it.

It was a convenient option to be in Uguisudani and being one station from Ueno. You have your own kitchen, washer, you'll need to hang dry your clothes so take that into account. It is also located next to 2 grocery stores and Don Quixote. I recommend this place as it will not break the bank and is convenient. Thank you!

Self check in was down, did multiple call were of no help after 1 hr. Meet another tourist who was able to commicate in Japanese and help to check in thru phone. Accommodation was near to train station and supermarket

Check in was a hassle coz there is no one to help. Self check in and took me half an hour to find my reservation. It kept saying I have no reservation. All communications are done through email. No actual person to ask if you have problems. When you call the number listed on the desk, it says the number is not in service.

Ordinarily if I have nothing positive to say, I wont say anything. What triggered this review are all the 'anonymous' 5 star reviews. I cant see any way these reviews are from real travelers. I will simply say this: There are so many excellent hotels around Tokyo. I would suggest avoiding this one and moving on.

Extremely difficult to find property especially at night , v v v dark , no lighted signboard, no lobby to keep luggages, quite difficult to get taxi, tv too low on table, access to 2 supermarkets 💦

The worst experience. It might look like a deal but you get what you pay for. Sketchy neighborhood

めちゃくちゃ良かった。 強いてあげるなら 調理器具や皿がもう少しあったら っていうのと、グリルに網がついてなかったので、あったら良かったな…ぐらいです。

This apartment is worth its price. Spacious and comfortable. Cooking ware and utensils were provided. You can cook your own food and there's also fridge. Hot and cold water. THERE'S ONLY 1 LET DOWN. THE HEATER IN THE BATHROOM WAS NOT WORKING WHEN WE WERE THERE.
