Very clean, nice system nice you understand it, friendly straff. Super nice with spa. Nice area, though it is far from Shinjuku area. Close to Ginza area though.

Functional. Served its purpose. Convenient with useful amenities. Shower and public bath was therapeutic. Can be noisy when guests come in/out of the sleeping pod area however it was expected.

櫃檯服務很細心，之前入住時有一件衣服掉在飯店忘了帶走，再回去詢問時飯店已有建檔，而且將衣服包好放在櫃檯，失而復得的感覺很好，感謝櫃檯人員！另外這間的桑拿有2層樓非常大，逛完一天東京來這泡澡舒壓一下也很讚！

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Leider war es in der Kapsel recht warm und der Lüfter laut, sodass es schwierig war einen guten Schlaf zu finden. Tattoos sind hier nicht gestattet oder nur mit Sticker. Würde einen Aufenthalt für max. 2 Nächte empfehlen.

I was blatantly discriminated against because of having tattoos. I was limited in the areas that I could go and there are cameras in all changing areas where people are expected to change clothes, preventing privacy.

Very friendly staff and helped me with any issues. The bath house was very relaxing and available when ever I was at the building. Plenty of options for food around. Lots of drink options in the vending machine. Beds weren’t the comfiest however the pod was very clean, spacious, and relaxing.
