很棒很舒適，離清水五條站很近，旁邊還有全家便利商店，很方便

房間裡有許多貼心的小安排很棒！雖然房間似乎沒有照片裡看起來這麼寬敞，但住起來非常舒服，面對市景的小陽台也很棒，下次會再考慮住同樣的地方。

是新蓋的建築房間很舒適, 每個床位都有電源插座及USB插孔, 廚房用具很新, 浴室掛勾夠不會沒地方放衣服, 一樓有免費自助洗衣機, 功能齊全. 旁邊有超商但是要生鮮超市就要走10分鐘才會到. 離清水五條電鐵走路5分鐘到.

Very clean, around 10min walk to the jr station. Easy to find food and drink. Very clean , gd shampoo , good air conditioner, and it has shuttle car to take u from the place u check in. The room very big. Tv channel seem just have Japanese channel.

We were really happy with our location near the river, Gion district, and walkable distance to kyoto station or Nishiki market area. The 205 bus also stops outside this apartment which was super convenient for visiting other areas around Kyoto. The beds and amenities in the apartment were really comfortable and the bathroom was first rate. We loved having a balcony to peek out at the world before leaving our apartment. Highly recommend.

Room was fairly large and specious. Clean and well kept

The room was just ok. TV was good with Netflix. The carpet looked very old and dirty. Checkin and checkout was easy.

Disfruté mi estadía, tenían todo lo que describían en la página, son muy amables el personal, excelente seguridad, es accesible al metro o al camión, excelentes amenidades, solo comentar que si la habitación en grande, y caben bn las maletas. Fuimos 5 y estuvo bien, pero si solo entran 4 estaría perfecto. Lo recomiendo ampliamente

Great location and a good amount of space for our family of five.

Small space but good price

Stayed there as a family of 4. First of all the tax issue is odd and you will find a ton of people commenting on it in reviews as well. Second is the fact that you check in close to the central station - they assume you will have to pass by that, then take a cab/uber or whatever back from the train station to where you are actually staying. Both tax & the place to check in are inconvenient to say the least. Third comes our bad luck i guess - our room on the 6th floor. This is the "theater" one i think it's called. Carpets were dirty (i am not talking dirty compared to how clean Japan is, i am talking dirty in any standard in the World)...our garbage bins were full and then the finale was the vent had a very loud noise to it while off...to get rid of it and manage to sleep we had to keep it on! Yes we kept it on to avoid the noise it had while shut! Location is fine (8 minute walk to Ueno station) and a 7/11 around the corner. Would not return to RESI under any circumstance.

an amazing place to stay and very clean. The beds are comfortable, the towels are clean. with coffee and tea bag plus a litter snake with surprise. ten mins of walking distance to the train station. all in place nothing needs further.

Overall our stay at Resi Stay Brix was great. Definitely deserve acknowledgement for great customer service. The property is in new condition and well kept. My only complaint was that our neighbours were loud. Check-in process, even thought centralized and not at actual property, was quick and pleasant. You are shuttled by Bus to your property afterwards.

Everything to like about this apartment. I stayed 11 nights. It was new, modern, immaculately clean, and everything clearly explained with typical Japanese efficiency in a Welcome folder. They even provided little biscuits with the complimentary tea and coffee!

Для начала, надо было пройти 5 минут от вокзала до здания, где офис гостиницы, где заполняешь контракт, оплачиваешь небольшой туристических налог и сканируешь паспорта. От офиса до гостиницы ходят бесплатные шаттлы. Пешком до гостиницы занимает 15-20 минут. Сама гостиница в новом здании, комната большая, две кровати 140 см и одноместное кресло-диван, современный ремонт. Качественная техника. Балкон (где можно курить). Есть общая прачечная на первом этаже. Довольно тихий район. От гостиницы до метро 5 минут пешком. До главных районов Киото - 20 / 30 минут пешком. Рядом есть продуктовый магазин 24 часа. Соотношение цена/качество хорошее. Рекомендую.

The room looked great, really modern and clean. The keypad for the entrance was easy to use and added a feeling of security. The reception counter is at a different location then the actual rooms but they were kind enough to give us a free shuttle to out accommodation, which we really appreciated. The english speaking receptionist was friendly and easy to understand

Hotel muito prático, com cozinha e geladeira. Reservamos para 2 pessoas mas cabem até 4 (deve ficar um pouco apertado). Ótima localização. Único porém é a necessidade de check-in em outro local.

The staff we met at reception were exceptionally helpful. A shuttle bus was provided to the accomodation and along the way we had the sweetest man accompany us, providing some information on Kyoto and it’s history. This was helpful and good information to know. Our room was small but perfect for the three of us. Clean, tidy, great amenities and exactly what we needed - close to local hotspots and public transport. Will definitely be staying here when we return. Overall a great stay, and the hospitality we received from the staff made it the more enjoyable
