博多 3 號住宅飯店

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel near Hakata Station. The location is very convenient and the kitchen was really useful for cooking simple meals. The WiFi was unreliable and completely cut out for several days. The staff responded very quickly whenever I contacted them and fixed the issue promptly the first time. However, the problem returned just one day later, and I got tired of reporting it again, so I switched to my mobile data. The room was generally clean, though I noticed some stains on the kitchen wall and dust on top of the refrigerator. It would also help if clearer check-in instructions were provided beforehand, as I wasn’t expecting an extra payment upon arrival. Despite these small issues, I enjoyed my stay there.

Honestly the place is not that clear but everything else is fine.

房間裡小而巧，整齊乾淨，離車站很近！ 備有洗衣機，還有貼心附上洗衣粉，有小廚房，餐具都有 很舒服！ 唯一可惜的， Check in的地方跟住的地方不一樣，很不方便！ 要先去車站附近check in 再去飯店（約走10～15分鐘） 然後寄放行李需要費用！一件500日幣

要另外到另一地點check in。

整體一切良好，但住宿點與報到櫃台不同，要多走一點路，住宿WIFI速度有點慢，連線到一半會突然斷線，其餘一切優良

回博多後的晚上繼續於這間住宅酒店住宿，需要再到另一地方check in, 這次我自己去check in, 其他人到酒店樓下等我，但這次給的信箱密碼不正確，我試了很多次都不能打開，我用手機打辦公室電話幾次，但是電話錄音講了一堆日文後收線了，我們在樓下不知如何時，幸好有2位日本女生拉著行李進來入住，她們見我們很無助的，很熱心幫我們試，再幫我們打電話到辦公室詢問，原來密碼寫錯了，謝謝她們的幫忙，希望員工可留意小心一點，我建議在大堂聯絡房間開門的那個機器可加入聯絡辦公室的輸入，如住客入住時遇到問題可方便聯絡辦公室。這次房間也是和上次一樣，只是在下一層，設施都是很新，環境乾淨。

環境十分乾淨，有冷暖空調機，我們3人入住，有一張大雙人床，一張榻榻米，榻榻比較薄，地方不大要搬開枱才可免強放下榻榻米，較高大的人可能躺不下。走廊的設計佔了很多位置，但設施都很好，最好可以有一個煮食鍋和房內有微波爐就更好了。

住宅式酒店大廈很新，室內非常清潔乾淨，浴室設施很好，有冷室、暖室、乾燥、抽風功能。10分鐘走到博多站，樓下有便利店family mart 買早餐很方便，我們的電水壺壞了不能煲熱水，用房內智能電話打給辦公室，就派人送了另一個熱水壺來，服務不錯，唯一是check in 在另一地方，要走十多分鍾，其他也很好。

要先到别處登記！ 步行１５分鐘才到酒店！ 好不方便！！！！ 帶著行李想死！！！ 冇電視！！！ 冬天入住冇暖氣！大獲！ 今次住很便宜！

Hotel building has no front desk; reception office for check-in is at another building, closer to and west of JR Hakata Station. Reception office opens 10 AM to 9 PM. Reception office staff are multi-lingual, such as English and Korean. On the apartment door, the arc- or bow-shape vertical handle has two locks at the top and bottom ends of the handle; the reception office staff didn't tell me the door had two locks, and I wondered why the door didn't open after I unlocked the obvious lock at the top end of the handle. Locks don't auto-lock; after customer enters apartment, or leaves apartment, customer has to manually lock the locks - logical as customer gets only one key. The toilet and bathroom are separate and far apart; the toilet is at the door end of the corridor, and the bathroom is at the bedroom end of the corridor. Worse, toilet has no wash basin or soap. Free bottled water in bedroom, but no coffee powder or tea bag. No clock in the bedroom. No TV in the bedroom. Apartment has air con, fridge, hair dryer, iron, gas stove, kettle, kitchen sink (real), microwave, soap, towels, washing machine, Wi-Fi, &c No curtain or door between kitchen and bedroom. OTOH, has door between kitchen and bathroom. Basic forks and knives in kitchen drawers.

The overall experience is good because the room is tidy. All the equipment is well prepared! However, the disadvantage of this hotel is that no one will tidy and clean your room until your check out

門匙要去另地方攞，攞完要行十五至二十分鐘先到嘅住地方。 職員和房内無清楚說明WiFi 密碼和lan id, 要email問先答(今日問明日覆), 覆咗之後，嘗試用，接收力弱(等於不能用) 有爐壁，但沒有可用廚具(等於不能用) 沒有拖鞋 沒有沐浴露 經投訴後，酒店把pocket WiFi 放在屋内，但沒有通知下入了我租住地方，如果不見野，誰付責？ 希望expedia了解下酒店，因介紹酒店時，把沒有的設施删除。 因香港現時有商品說明條例

我已了03/08/2017你們酒店的三人房，價錢就收了三人房價錢，結果只有一張雙人床，一件大行李也免強可以放下。房間清潔還可以。

Our flight arrived late at nite, so we did self- check in, which is more convinent than the original check in process , which is located in another building. However, upon our arrival, we couldnt see the wifi pw anywhere in the room, we gotta email the hotel (as there s no front desk), and we got replied the other day. The rm is tidy, new and very well equipped (washing machine with drying function, iron, ironing broad, a kitchen with fridge, stove and microwave oven, just there r no pans for cooking). However, there was a stinky smell upon arrival. The bad is..... there s no housekeeping service, rubbish accumulated as we stay for some days there. And we had to wash towel everynite for the use of another day... which can be quite tiring, as the washing takes time, and we needa stay late for the washing . Another bad side is, there r shampoo, bathing powder, and washing power for just one day usage, without replenishment.., we needa buy all these for the use of another days.

お部屋は、綺麗にしてましたがお風呂場の湯垢がすごく気になりました 3人で宿泊したのですが予備のマットレスが大きいのかお部屋が狭いのか無理やり敷く感じでちょっと残念でした

Well, to start with, rooms aren’t like in the photos displayed. Much more austere, would rather say depressive. There is also a strange smell one cannot define, in the common areas and in the flat. It’s not impeccably clean as most accommodation in Japan. Then, although you provide all your details in English, they keep sending you communication in Japanese. Check in is ok but the crucial information passes through the screen so fast, it’s impossible to read it! All in all proximity to Hakata station is a +, but consider it only if you find it much cheaper than a proper hotel. Ah- internet doesn’t work at all!

部屋も広くて、7階で日当たりも良く、洗面・UB・トイレ別でとても快適でした。 しいてあげるなら、レースカーテンかブラインドがあったら良かったです。
