Lokasi tepat di Yokohama China town. Sangat dekat dengan stasiun kereta, sangat bersih di semua area hotel. Staf hotel sangat ramah. Check in dan check out hanya membutuhkan waktu beberapa menit. Kamar-nya kedap, tidak berisik. Handuk, bed cover super bersih. Recommended banget untuk yang mau menginap di Yokohama.

・フロントスタッフの対応がとても良い。のみならず、廊下ですれ違った清掃スタッフも先方からハッキリと挨拶をしてくれ、とても気持ちが良かった。
・場所が中華街なので、買い物、食事の往復がとても楽でした。
・同行した家族もとても喜んでいて、必ず再訪したいホテルです。

The Rose Hotel in Yokohama, Japan, actually located in their very wonderful Chinatown, was terrific. Very good for persons going on a cruise from the Yokohama cruise terminal. strongly suggest you pick this property if the price meets your budget, and for us it was a bargain. have fun

Great older style hotel with lots of character right in Chinatown. We really enjoyed our stay of 3 nights.The room was clean and spacious with all the amenities we needed. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and also spoke English. We didn't opt for the hotel breakfast as there are plenty of places to eat in Chinatown. If you're coming from Haneda airport, then there's an Airport Limousine bus which drops you directly at the front of the hotel. Buy the bus tickets at the airport. Would definately stay there again.

酒店整體很舊，無論是配套或是房間內的所有設備，我住的房間有一盞射燈燒左但沒有人知道，空調不夠冷，空氣淨化機要不斷加水。房間內光線不足。

ベッドは思ったよりも広くて、小柄な小学生2人、大人2人で寝ても窮屈ではなかったです。
古いホテルなので、設備とかは普通な感じです。
スタッフさんの対応はとても親切で丁寧です。
目の前がほんとすぐ中華街なので、中華街目的の方にはすごくおすすめです。

Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert und in einem guten Zustand. Leider sind die Türen nicht ausgetauscht worden. Sie sind hellhörig. Wenn im Flug gesprochen, gerannt oder Türen anderer Zimmer geschlossen werden, kann man dies im Zimmer hören. Wir haben ein Upgrade in eine bessere Zimmerkategorie gewählt und waren damit nicht zufrieden. Leider ist das Hotel nicht familienfreundlich. Auch wenn man für eine Familie bucht, werden keine Handtücher oder Zahnbürsten für Kinder bereitgestellt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, konnte aber in Krisensituationen nicht gut intervenieren. Betrunkenen Hotelgästen, die sich nicht an die Regeln halten, sollte man dann doch einen Dämpfer verpassen, damit andere Gäste sich nicht gestört fühlen. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut. Wir empfehlen Ohrstöpsel einzupacken.
