Nice apartment room with sufficient amenities. Saw many guests complaining the check-in process. Actually it was quite convenient if get used to the system. Did not have difficulties in check-in if pre-registration was completed before arrival. If have any difficulties, the staff would help via the pad’s camera.

There is no on-site staff to help check-in. The guests are required to use the passcode to open the keybox to get the room key. From the informaton board, the passcode would be sent out to the guests' emails. However, we had never received such email and no need to mentioned that we did not have the passcode. We need to use a kind of online service to connect their remote staff to register the process and obtain the passcode. The whole process was 20 mins when we stepped into the tiny lobby and got the room key but there was no air conditioner. You can imagine how hot we were as in late summer time. The apartment is in a good location but the check-in service is very disappointing.

帶兩個孩子出遊，兩人一間房很舒服，床的軟硬度也OK，停車也還算方便，只是從車道要上來的時候小心一下斷差才不會弄到車子，衣櫥下方有做個縫，能夠把除濕機推到衣櫥裡面，把不能烘乾的衣服放在裡面除濕乾燥非常方便，但是沙發是厚實木頭框，很容易撞到，要注意，我們住303號房，3樓的位子看得到海，可惜高度有一點不夠，陽台的吊床是壞掉的，脫線了，一定要記得收到確認信以後要先完成線上登錄資料，網路完成入住登記上傳護照，會收到鑰匙箱的密碼，就可以順利地在房門口的鑰匙盒拿到鑰匙，缺點應該是墳墓真的在停車場正旁邊而已，三樓高度陽台整個往右看也是稍微看得到，床頭的窗戶就是那一側，有百葉窗是還好，我們也不會去開，百葉窗是有些灰塵，其他都滿好的，還有別忘了打開熱水器，不然水不會熱（有住其他民宿也是這樣）至於墳墓，美麗海這區很多民宿尤其是海景房，幾乎都有這個問題，沿路其實開過來也都是，去花人逢路上還有火葬場，但，不影響住宿的舒適度，也沒有怪怪的，而且要去美麗海真的很方便，車道是順向的，加上往前往後都有便利商店，大型超市關門以後，真的很方便

非常好的住宿，住的是海景房間，跟照片一樣，站在露台望見港灣景色，天氣好還可欣賞夕陽，交通方便，就在巴士站附近，不自駕也可到達，下次再到北谷還會考慮入住
