徒歩圏内にお店はありませんが山のほうにあるだけあって景色がよく、ホテル内の美術品も楽しめました。
湯の花が浮いている温泉が初めてだったのでそれもよい体験でしたし気持ちが良かったです。
朝食も美味しかったです。
ホテルの方の対応も丁寧でした。ありがとうございました🙇♀️

廁所及沖涼房有點昏暗，但有格調，交通不便，要走一段斜路才有巴士站，但是可以往返由布院的巴士，從別府站來建議直接的士，而其他一切都很好，位於小山坡上還可挑望海景，整體來說也值得再來

Very nice layout of the guest room. Lots of space and modern. Many wooden furniture though and found a small bug in one of the towels. Very nice view of beppu city, even though drive up to the hill was a bit difficult for bigger cars. All staff were welcoming and they helped to settle luggages inside the room.
There were also welcome drinks after checked in. Design of the hotel is a masterpiece. Yet, smell of sulphur from hotsprings can be disturbing both inside the room and in the common area.

整間酒店的設計很有特色，員工態度也很熱誠。可惜附近沒有餐廳，加上酒店在山上，若要方便就必須在酒店餐廳進食。還有一個設計上的遺憾，就是浴室燈光嚴重不足。

We arrived later in the day, initially my partner and I were taken aback by how beautiful the hotel was being lit up and its architectural structure. Aside from the smell due to the sulfur of the onsens everywhere it’s a wonderful hotel, location, and staff. Highly recommend for a night or two to unwind.

Property was a bit difficult to get to and in a location not near other attractions (except for the beppu ropeway area).
The hotel itself was excellent. The concept was unique and the rooms were great. It was fun discovering and enjoying all the artwork hidden throughout the hotel grounds.
Breakfast and dinner options were both diverse and delicious. High quality and great service.

Enjoyed a relaxing stay and made the most of the personal onsen (hot springs tub) attached to our room. The room was spacious with a great view and comfortable bed and pillows. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I recommend getting the “half board” meal plan so you can enjoy breakfast and dinner at hotel, especially as it’s far from town and the food is quite good. Highly recommend!

Very outstanding architectural design hotel. It stands on a hill but a bit far from the public transportation. Thanks to the offering of shuttle services to and fro the jr station. However it's only limited to a few seats and a few times a day and also need advance booking.
This is the only drawback.
Because of the difficulty of transportation, we are also restricted to dine in the hotel restaurant.
Other than that we love the atmosphere of the hotel and the private in room onsen bath. Very nice experience.
