退房時間上午11點比較早，曾於訂房remark 要求稍為延遲退房只回覆ok但要加錢，其他酒店通常回覆可酌情延遲一兩小時或房間真沒空缺，住了很多次酒店還是第一次收到這種rude回覆，感覺上不太有人情味,沒下次

酒店房間紙巾差唔多用完，以為早上執完房會refill, 可是晩上回酒店都沒有補充，可能酒店認為要用到一張都冇先可以加，以致我哋要落去reception攞一卷廁紙，另外熨斗通常可以攞回房間熨皮服，等check out就交還，但這間酒店要客人出出面燙衫十分之不方便，酒店應該有足夠嘅熨斗給酒店住客
