ทำเลดีอยู่กลางเขา บรรยากาศดี ห้องกว้างมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกพร้อม พนักงานพร้อมช่วยเหลือดีมาก มี onsen ทั้งข้างนอกอาคารและข้างใน ใช้บริการแล้วสบายตัวมากๆ กิจกรรมเล่นสกี (ในหน้าหนาว) แต่ช่วงที่ไปหน้าร้อน เลยได้ไปชมสวนที่อยู่ใกล้ๆ เสียค่ารถรับส่งเข้าสวน และ Ningle terrace ที่มีงานแฮนด์เมด น่ารักๆ ชอบมากค่ะ อาหารเช้าดีหลากหลาย มีนมหลายแหล่งให้ชิม อร่อยหอมมัน

飯店有很多戶外活動跟可以逛的地方，餐廳提供居酒屋，日式，西式，自助餐可選擇，自助餐是最優的價格，西餐相當好吃。飯店大廳就有商店且有販售牛奶，相當方便，自行開車也相當方便唯一的大缺點就是房間內的設施老舊，櫃檯生鏽，但也別有一番特色XD~自行開車入住這裡比較方便！～飯店外面的設施幾乎可以玩上一整天～

It was our second time staying in this wonderful hotel. This is a stylish hotel with less than 5 mins walk to the sapporo station. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone for leisure or business. Its really value for money!

飯店服務很好！以一間不是很新的飯店來說，設施跟房間都維持很好及很乾淨！可以改善的地方如下：換雪票的方法改成不用每天去換會比較方便。Shabu Shubu的品質有待改善，set dinner每個套餐都最少點兩份的限制讓住客的選擇受限。

這次剛好碰到旺季因此價格不低，但房間的維護品質及大小是多次住宿最不好的一次，衣櫃門開關時嘎嘎響真的很不符合收一晚快12000的住宿

1）房間比較舊，尚算舒適，但在房內不時見到有甲蟲🐞爬行..仲行埋入我啲外套帶咗佢出街. 2）有幼童同行，房內沒有提供兒童拖鞋，需要主動問前枱拎兒童拖鞋，check-in時亦沒有提供兒童牙刷. 3）溫泉舒適.由於總共住了4晚，第一晚浴場內竟然沒有提供兒童用的矮櫈，有點唔方便.第2點 4）滑雪場很好，可惜有部分設施已關閉，租借滑雪用具的員工亦都好幫到忙. 5）早餐豐富，員工友善.

我買的是含早晚餐的套餐，酒店整體很乾淨和新的，但房間應該很久沒裝修了，家俱都很舊。晚餐包括的是自助晚餐，選擇其他餐廳要補差額，自助晚餐裡可以選擇的食品不算多，反而早餐的選擇感覺相對豐富。溫泉要跑很遠才到。小賣店有很多東西可以買。

早餐還可以，晚餐和食不錯，西餐還可以。房間比較舊但床很大，溫泉很小人多是沒法泡的，有付費戶外活動。大堂有小賣部到晚上12點，零食、酒類、汽水、記念品。附近有咖啡店有麵包。

The Staff are totally not helpful. I sent an email to the hotel and try to reconfirm the booking before my travelling, the staff is rude and not helping at all. I provide every single information and evidence to prove that I have made a reservation, just want to reconfirm if the booking is okay, and the hotel is not willing to reply anything. Really bad experience, will not stay in this hotel anymore. Not recommended.

家庭於2024年7月15號入住三人房，是預定一泊二食的房型！但是晚餐非常的令人失望 ! 在B1門口的服務生卻一直刁難我們! 一下子說我們沒有訂位!一下子說我們預定的時間為何?感覺很不專業而且對我們說中文感覺很不耐煩的樣子（觀察他對其他講日文的旅客態度就不是這樣子）! 飯店其他的服務人員感覺還算友善! 因為時間有限而且很多遊客! ，所以就沒有去享受溫泉! 房間三人房看出去的風景是很不錯的! 飯店的設備有點老舊但是基本上都有維持！希望飯店人員以後能有所改進！否則未來再去的機會應該非常低！
