This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. This time I received a message that only self-checkin is available, however it didn’t work for me. Fortunately there was staff to help and everything was done smoothly. Staff is polite and helpful. The hotel is next to JR station, great for anyone who’s flight is at Haneda Airport.

本次的旅行是看劇之旅，所以是住東塔。
飯店對面就是品川站和京急線，要去別的地方或是機場都很方便。
而且剛好劇場就在旅館後方，也有電影院，整個很方便。
在N塔還有小七和一些商店，餐廳食物很多很豐富。
登記入住和退房都是使用機器登錄資料，服務人員很溫柔，英文很流利，就算自己的英文不太好，服務人員也會慢慢引導。
房間雖然不是新穎的樣子，但是很乾淨，開窗也很明亮，而且很寬敞。
床也很軟很舒適，下次如果在這附近的話還會想再住這邊。

The room is very very small and historic hotel. You have to tidy up your luggage on the bed. I got up on before 6 a.m. because person who stay in the next room was continuously sneeze in the room, and you can hear clearly. But the house keep is very well.

For a businessman, time is money, the breakfast time of the hotel is terrible. Because the customers are too many than the restaurant can support, so every morning the breakfast time is a nightmare. If you are in a hurry in the morning you have to give up the breakfast. The hotel should provide a solution for the problem to compensate the lost of the customers.

The location is convenient. However, the hotel room is small, I was assigned to a room which has bad smell in the toilet and I have to swap room. This took me some time as staff was not able to arrange the room for me and ask to be back later. After talking to another staff she is able to arrange right away.
The room is small and I can clearly hear noises in the next room, people walking around the corridor and door closing.

因為房間舊，所以相對空調比較不涼，壁紙看起來比較黃，棉被有一點點氣味。
但是服務人員的態度很積極。

整個房間雖然有點舊，但是基本上整潔度還OK
但是因為有點舊，床靠牆壁的時候，壁紙的略為泛黃會讓人有點不安心睡覺時躺在床上翻來翻去沾到壁紙的時候會不會不是很衛生。
同樣是床靠牆壁這件事情，那面牆壁上的燈有個開關就在床旁，如果睡相不太好的，可能會踢到開關，燈就亮起來了，那個位置不太OK。
比較在意的是空調聲音有點吵，如果很怕吵的人可能會被影響而睡不好。
另外，明明住的是無菸房，但是裡面的那張羽絨被好像有菸味的感覺，所以如果是對菸味很敏感的人可能也會被影響。
