這間飯店除了基本的床好睡、安靜之外，還有幾個優點。1.附近有間超市。2.有提供飲水機(冰、熱皆有)，不用自己準備，好方便。3.剛好在祇園祭後祭主要地點，想看南觀音山晚間11:20的あばれ観音活動，住這很棒。4.價錢漂亮。唯一可以改進的地方是，我住的是1F，窗戶無法打開，有點不舒服。
