一間坐落在精進湖有著70年歷史的酒店，雖有歲月的痕跡，但依然保持整潔。由剛到步泊車一刻，已經感受到工作人員的熱情❤️ 老闆親切的款待，幸福感滿滿😊 這裏寧靜、舒適，給予心靈和精神的放鬆☺️

員工非常親切友善, 雖沒有電梯, 但員工會幫忙提行李. 意外地有提供簡單的早餐. 戶外溫泉小而精緻. 房間窗口即面對精進湖及富士山, 景緻很美.

面對湖景很棒，態度非常友善服務好，設備老舊了些，但露天風呂很舒服

富士山景觀非常好。職員們的殷勤接待也很滿意。室外和室內的浴池都不錯。 酒店比較舊式還可以，但房間有些設計有待改進。例如洗手盆的冷熱水應該可以混合成一個水龍頭出。 由於沒有升降機，預訂時都要因應自己能力先考慮吓。

酒店的老闆和職員都非常有善，有會說中文及英文的職員；入住時會有welcome drink，早上退房時也有咖啡。酒店的大堂和其他公共區域應該有經過翻新，十分漂亮，但畢竟酒店本身較有歷史，客房比較傳統，和室房間總有歲月痕跡。酒店樓高四層，沒有電梯，但職員都會幫客人拿行李。 酒店位在精進湖，一般都是自駕旅客入住，若是乘巴士前往，會比較不方便。房間正對精進湖，天氣好時可直接看到富士山。 附近很少餐廳，也很早關門，客人可自備食物。若是沒有提前準備，也可在酒店向職員購買冷凍食物、即食麵等。

到了該飯店已經是接近凌晨時段，飯店很貼心將鑰匙放在櫃檯，那我本身不喜歡跟一堆旅客人擠人，選擇這裡就是想要好好享受風景與壯麗富士山，空氣非常好，想要享受當地生活著值得

The hotel is very comfortable. There is free hot spring which helps you to relax. The terrace roof’s view is spectacular. The staff is friendly and helpful! The rooms are spacious and clean.

Country inn style hotel with amazingly friendly staff The owner was so keen to help and really wanted you to have a good time Great view of Fuji Few restaurants near by and driving distance to the local attractions. Hotel is being renovated so some areas are newer than others but all very clean. Onsen was great particularly out door one.

There is nothing wrong with this hotel, the staff are kind, service was very good, the room was clean and the Onsen was brand new. With that said, when compared to other places in the 'Fuji' area, the price is almost half and I think it is reflected in the facility and food. It's an old Japanese hotel that could use a facelift. It's an area I have driven by many times and wanted to stay. It turns out it's much quieter than other areas around Fuji. The manager is particularly kind and if you caught an epic Fuji sunset or sunrise there it would be spectacular.

Staff was exceptional as was the location. Lake Shoji was the best part of our Japan trip!

Histórico hotel familiar en uno de los lagos del Monte Fuji. Abierto en los años 50, es un humilde hotel familiar, con una esencia única, en el que poco a poco van renovando zonas. Personal muy amable, incluido el actual gerente, hijo del fundador, que recibe con hospitalidad japonesa a todos los huéspedes, y además sirve a diario un desayuno de cortesía. Lugar muy tranquilo, con otsen y sauna. Nos alojamos durante dos noches con nuestras 2 hijas, en una habitacion tradicional con unas vistas espectaculares al lago, y al Monte Fuji cuando las nubes lo permiten.

Rooms are clean, staffs are very helpful and friendly. Great view of entire lake and Mount Fuji from every room.

ホテルは良くも悪くも普通。だがそれが良かったです。 今回は天気は良くなかったが、晴れていれば素晴らしい景色が待っていそう それだけでまた行く価値があると思う

一人旅でお世話になりました。 もう、スタッフ皆さんの心遣いが素晴らしい。富士山バックに写真撮ってくれたり、さりげなく話しかけてくれたり、必要なものを貸してくれたり。本当に温かいお宿でした。 お部屋も渋い和室ですが、洗面台やシャワールームは改装されていて綺麗。何より富士山と精進湖ビューが窓から広がり、とても静かで寛げまくりました。 ありがとうございました。きっとリピートします。

Perfect! Very nice hotel, the owner greeted every guest personally and everything was super nice. Very lovely onsen and great views from the roof.

Hôtel très bien placé près du lac Shoji avec une très belle vue sur le mont Fuji, le personnel est extrêmement serviable et aimable.
