地鐵走路很近，附近商店也很熱鬧，備品每天可以拿5種，又有面膜可以敷，晚上又有調酒可以喝，小朋友可以喝果汁，走到很累，回去又可以到3樓泡溫泉，床也很好睡，浴室是美中不足真的小了一點，早餐還不錯，麵包種類有2-3種，平日人比較少，假日用餐真的很滿，附近外面有風色場所，但是對觀光客家庭不太會招攬，赤羽這個地方交通真的很方便，附近也很多地方可以逛也可以採買

Staff are very polite. However the cleanness is unsatisfactory. We found blood stains on our bed and inside the bag of the towels. There were also black dots on the towel, and dust on the hairdryer.

During my seven-day stay at this hotel, there was an issue with room cleaning service on the last night. On the sixth day, I followed protocol by hanging the cleaning tag on my door before 10 AM. However, when I returned at 11 PM, I only found a bag of clean towels hanging outside, and the room remained uncleaned. When I reported this to the front desk, a female staff member claimed I hadn't placed the cleaning tag, showing me a photo taken by their housekeeping staff that morning as evidence. However, the photo only captured the upper portion of the door, not the entire door. I showed the staff that the cleaning tag was no longer on my door, proving that housekeeping had already removed it. Two major issues stand out from this incident: 1. The staff jumped to conclusions without proper investigation, essentially accusing me of lying. 2. The duty manager completely ignored this unprofessional conduct, never addressing the situation or offering an apology, only speaking with the female staff member. This lack of respect, proper service, and professional conduct was extremely disappointing.

hotel is conveniently close to the rail station. service staff are friendly and helpful. breakfast (buffet style) provided was nice with good variety. hotel also provides daily welcome bar from 6-9 pm and onsen, both i find very enjoyable.

乾淨舒適 服務態度很好 碳酸人工溫泉泡湯很放鬆，

離車站近~附近很多逛的。 但房間真的小，連浴室也小。 備品多可選擇。

環境舒適，酒店員工十分有禮貌。有人工温泉，雖然面積小，但清潔舒適。晚上6時後有酒精飲品bar,推介。

Very fabulous location for getting around Tokyo!! It’s covered with quite many main JR lines to the heart of Tokyo, very quick and convenient, plenty food (including late food), drinks, game centres, shopping etc around the station! I would definitely book again. Room is clean, free breakfast and free onsen (it says it is artificial carbonic acid hot spring?). May get quite crowded at night for onsen. Room for 1 person is a bit small, still enough space for luggage packing.

The over experience is good, just the room is a bit small.

位置方便，黃昏Welcome drinks很好。浴場比較細，房門口的環保燈好容易就熄了，即使有人在該位置處理行李，唔太方便。

很棒的商務飯店，除了床小了些，有早餐，晚上6：30～9：00還有飲料吧（含酒類），非常超值，下次還會考慮訂房！

Convenient located. Easy access to major stations by JR. Donki, family mart, restaurants and mini shopping malls nearby. Spa is a must after shopping. Cheerful and helpful staff found.

連鎖式經營酒店，服務質素和設施保養都有保證，酒店近JR南出口，地點優越，有多條JR線，去池袋12分鐘；酒店附近食肆和便利店林立，當中有24小時營業食肆。

Thanks all the stuffs. I am satisfied for stay. Sorry for my son’s nose was bleeding and We were rushing to airport. Super hotel is my first choice when I stay in Japan. All the best!

紅燈區酒吧區，住都可以溫泉就有好過冇啦好細，荷裡活房就夠曬大，床就夠曬大，附近有間donki 就兩層樓唔大嘅不過開到五點，附近食肆24都冇問題，便利店亦都方便，泊車就行三四分鐘路程就有得平好多，晚上七點至八點都係300yen，但如果泊正樓下就好貴，整體上都可以，仲有枕頭揀，mask，沖涼液獨立包，裝，洗面液等等都可以攞，仲有個早餐都幾無敵
