櫃檯下午3點才有服務，4點才能入住，所以3點過後才能寄放行李。如果是自由行的外國旅客，要推行李上坡道走800公尺，會累到無法言語。建議沒有日本手機不會講日文的朋友，因為無法去電請飯店到有馬溫泉站接送，可以仔細考慮後，再決定是否入住。而飯店本身，服務好，房間大，也乾淨。房間沒有浴室，統一使用大浴場。大浴場也很棒。對我而言是間很棒的飯店。有機會會再造訪。
