スタッフの方々の対応が格別に良かったです。子ども連れには和室もあり、寝たりできるので、オムツ替えなどとても楽でした。
周辺がファッションホテル街なので、少し気になりましたが、ビジネスホテルや飲食店が増えてきているので気にならない方にはオススメです。

This was my best hotel experience in Japan, although it is not a big hotel, but no matter the interior design or service, everything seems so elegant and comfortable. Room is very spacious.
Parking lot is right in front of the hotel, and it is located in downtown area, very convenient and the best part is to have a quiet night.
It is worthy to the price.

층수가 높아서 수압이 약간 약했고 욕실 바닥상태가
깨끗하진 않았습니다
잠옷이 상하세트라 하셨는데
원피스 스타일이라 너무 불편했고
충전선이 전혀없고 콘센트도 다양하지 않았습니다
침대가 생각보다 작아서 불편했지만 다다미바닥이 있어서 편했고 매일 깨끗이 청소해주셔서
기분이 좋아졌습니다
매우 조용하고 아메리칸스타일조식 맛있었습니다

外観の雰囲気から期待が高まりましたが、中もとてもおしゃれで清潔でした。お部屋の畳では横になってお昼寝したり、クッションを使って本を読んだりできます。照明もスイッチが多く、好みの明るさに調節できます。
ワインバーも利用しました。部屋は狭く簡易的ですが、美味しく頂き、贅沢な気分になれました。ありがとうございました。

텐진-하카타 사이에 있어서 걸어서 텐진, 하카타를 모두 둘러볼 수 있어서 좋아요!
낮에는 텐진 돈키호테&텐진 지하상가 쇼핑하고, 저녁에는 나카스강(포장마차 있는 라인) 야경보고 캐널시티 야간 분수쇼보고, 이치란본점에서 라멘까지 먹으면 최고!!
<조식, 내부 시설>
아침에 조식도 깔끔하고, 무료 와인 한 잔씩 맛보기 마실 수 있어서 좋았어요! 숙소 내부도 좋았음!!!
단점은 히터가 빵빵하게 안틀려서 살짝 춥다는 점...? 한겨울만 아니면 좋을 것 같아요!
그리고 직원분들도 친절하셨어요! 저희가 간 날 비가 왔는데, 수건을 들고 마중나와주셨어요. 감사합니다^^

Hotel is quiet, efficient and clean. Bfast was included and we opted for in room delivery which was very nice. Miyahira-San was extremely attentive and helpful. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, Canal City and Tenzin park, nice during Christmas.

We love this property. It is very kids friendly and we enjoy the larger tatami space for lounging and packing. Staff is very friendly and is always available. Breakfast was western style and was very delicious.
