overall very good, breakfast is really delicious, but the noise insulation quite weak

good taste, good interior design, impressive breakfast, close to subway, the only problem is sound insulation not good enough, so the noise from the road was quite annoying in the night time

Vibrant and interesting location. Extremely convenient w even a 24-he supermarket nearby! Beautiful and spacious room with nice deco. We’ll equipped w things we just need. The open private rooftop space was a pleasant surprise.

Pros: The room was clean and spacious, and the location was good Cons: Did not refill water every day. The housekeeper left the trash in our room on the sixth day of our stay

非常滿意這次住宿，環境乾淨且設計新穎，樓下就有便利超商且晚上街上有拉麵及居酒屋，附近都是美食，不吵雜的環境很喜歡

Lovely hotel with a great vibe, helpful staff and a great bar with unique Japanese cocktails. The room was decent and stylish, only down side was i stayed in a room at the end of the floor which the window was sand blasted, so it was a bit dark....

大致這酒店好舒適及好整潔, 但為一是洗手間抺手的紙巾沒有查看及沒有更換, 及房內沒電話打去前枱, 要自己落前枱同佢講

新開的酒店所有設備都新，只是沒有其他酒高店洗衣。餐廳食物質素及環境都很好，酒水選擇相對較小，房間很好

1、非常fasion的全新飯店，附近都是大使館區域。交通很方便，麻布十番地鐵站走路5分鐘，六本木站走路10分鐘。2、餐廳有對外營業，服務佳，訂房含早餐，有幾種簡餐可以選擇，食物好吃可口。3、下午入住時，大廳提供免費咖啡、啤酒，設施很有設計感。4、頂樓酒吧窗外就可看到東京鐵塔。5、夜間走路去六本木之丘森大樓，看高樓夜景超棒、逛麻布一番通覓食，都是輕易之舉。6、房間床好睡、枕頭好。格局好。7、櫃台人員比較冷淡，可能是飯店的風格吧！

All the was good except for a rude employee in the restaurant

Second time at the Lively and it did not disappoint. Small well designed room in the center of Roppongi which we love. They held a concert in the lobby which was nice and the breakfast was a great start to the 2 days we spent in Tokyo. The rooftop bar was the perfect solution for the first night dinner coming in late they serve delicious food and great cocktails with a view.

Very nice boutique hotel located in Azabu-Juban

The location very amazing, and convenience store very next to the hotel. Only complaint was the bed was quite small for me and my 8 yr old daughter.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and we were especially pleased to be allowed to check in earlier than expected. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea available in the lounge—it was a nice touch. The room was small, as is typical for many Japanese hotels, but that’s to be expected and didn’t detract from our experience. Everything else was excellent, and the location was very convenient. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly return.

아자부주반은 조용하고 고급진 동네입니다 방은 깨끗하고 일본치고 큰 편이며 조식도 좋습니다

The Lively is in a great location in Azabujuban. It's close to a subway line and the surrounding area is filled with good restaurants, small shops, and many amenities. The vibe at the hotel is friendly and hip with creative decorations in the lobby area. Many of the staff members speak some English and they were very helpful and friendly during our stay. The breakfasts in the restaurant were excellent - highly recommended!

Great hotel in a lovely part of the city. I really enjoyed the cafe machine in the lobby. I really enjoyed all the shops in the area and you are close to a subway station. The bakery across the street is really good and a must try.

An amazing boutique hotel. Staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Rooms were very clean and well taken care of. Great location in a very cute neighborhood. Very cute rooftop bar. Cocktails were amazing. Would highly recommend.
