We had a great time at this hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They had assisted me when I lost my cell phone during the stay in Kyoto. Appreciated their help. I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location too.

We're pleased with this accommodation. Room is much spacious and well-equipped than we thought. It's convenient as there's washing+drying machine and a mini-kitchen in the room. The art and deco is awesome. We're surprised by the Chigiri block puzzle set in the room and the flower tea available at the common area.
We're glad that the staff is helpful and friendly, especially 邱 who helped us get the taxi during the peak hours, using various methods including his own taxi app. He also waited for us to reclaim the luggage after the official business hours. Thank you.

Vraiment un excellent choix d’hôtel. Tout était plus que parfait. Kanazawa est une ville charmante, inspirante et on peut facilement se promener toute une journée dans le jardin Kenroku-en.

The hotel was very pleasant! The towels were clean (most hotels I stay in the towels smell ...), the room was big, everything was clean and working well. Staff was very nice.and helpful. I liked the little tea room at the entrance a lot - it was beautiful and you could relax there with a tea and meet other people. I stronlgy recommend the hotel.

We loved our stay at this hotel. Rooms are clean and beautiful, very spacious for Japan standards. The staff is kind and helpful. The area feels very safe and quiet. Location is about 10-20 walk to pontocho, nishiki market, gion area. The 7eleven is one block away.

A simple beautiful experience that is allowed by the hotels location , staff and room quality . The deluxe queen is perfect with its space and kitchenette facilities . Bonus is the free laundry for those travelling a lot . We love walking and being honest it’s not super close to transport , but honestly was not a problem . Kyoto is a walking experience and when you wish to explore further than the city boundaries there are options for transport 10 minutes away .

The staff members were all kind and extremely helpful. The room was spotless, had seperate toilet and bathroom, walk-in shower, plus a bath, washing machine, cooktop, fridge. The whole place is wonderful. We were sorry to leave!
