地下鉄・西新駅１番出口から徒歩10分強。福岡ドームへも（ホテルから）10分程度。周辺は、広大な敷地を持ついくつかの学校、大学に囲まれ、それが緩衝地帯になってか、とても静かな環境。ホテル敷地に隣接したコンビニ（ローソン）は閉店してしまったようだが、近くに立派なスーパーやドラッグストアもある。部屋はとても広くて静かでのびのびと過ごせる。IH調理器や電子レンジのあるミニキッチン付き（ただし調理器具や食器は無し。有料での貸し出しあり）。

This place was pretty nice. I used one of big rooms with many beds. It was bit cold and had to pay for the parking, but the parking lot was right behind of the hotel. There is a very good donkatsu restaurant next to the hotel.
