The hotel was a little understaffed, but they did their best to provide the best service to their guests. Housekeeping did a great job of cleaning our rooms twice a day. Shoutout to Mr. Aoki from Guest Services for perfectly arranging all the transportation and box deliveries for us as well as Mr. Munuir from Guest Services for helping out with luggages and transportation after check-out. Some staff from Guest Services were less helpful and tried to avoid taking responsibility but I'm very glad Mr. Aoki and Mr. Munuir helped pull their weight. Will be back the next time I am in the area!

大阪車站超级方便 Shopping 坐車，樣樣便利

第三次入住，服務上乘，雖然酒店最近非常客滿，check in時需要等待一段時間。酒店早餐很讚，特別是起司吐司，每日必吃，有原味和朱古力口味選擇。

房間乾淨，近地鐵，服務人員親切

地點需走一小段路才能到大阪車站。服務與設備都很好。

There are smoking smell at room even booked non-smoking room, others are perfect. A little bit old decoration but clean and comfortable

飯店裝潢典雅，服務人員素質很高。離機場巴士搭乘點走路只要3分鐘。有地下通道可走至大阪車站。整體來說非常便利。 小缺點是早餐餐廳比較狹小。

Hotel staff is really nice to help us change to twin room. Nice staff everywhere who would stop and greet you with genuine smile. Location of the hotel is very accessible with underground passage and its also near main airport bus stops. Also conveniently located near shopping malls and Umeda station area. Truly five star hotel that gives guest privileged customer experience.

The slipper is too thin compared with others. It is not suitable to walk

Best Hotel in OSAKA !!

This hotel is just a few minutes away from Osaka station by walking and is very convenient. There is a food court in the neighboring building so that you don't need to walk too far away if you are looking for more optional places to eat in addition to the restaurants in the hotel. I forgot to bring my gout medicine at this trip and I asked for assistance from the staff. They found two near-by clinics for me together with the clinics' office hours, and personally took me to the clinic so that I can go there by myself the next morning. That was very good service and impressed me very much. The breakfast was excellent. The truffle omelette was very delicious. I hope to stay at this hotel next time I go to Osaka.
