The location was excellent. It is very close to Ginza metro station. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. 7-11 is just cross the road.
The breakfast was pretty good.
The train pass by but not too noisy if keeping the window closed, and the hotel provide ear plug if needed.
The room was quite spacious comparing to other hotel rooms in Tokyo. The design was modern and trendy.
The view was nice as well.
Overall, a very satisfied staying experience.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values peace and quiet. The bar is located right next to the check-in counter, creating a loud and chaotic atmosphere. We had to navigate through a crowded, club-like setting just to reach the front desk, and the noise made it nearly impossible to hear the staff. It was such an unpleasant experience that we decided to check out on the same day and move to a much quieter hotel.

Very convenient location and close to station/shopping area. The only drawback was the mattress in my room too soft especilly the middle portion and so I could not sleep comfortably.

早餐到9点半，入住的时候前台并没有说明。 光这点就让人觉得很差。 因为前面几天住的酒店， 前台都会介绍早餐时间和地点。 第一天的早餐，每个桌上都有餐具和纸巾， 结果我们桌上的餐具盒里面的纸巾是用过的。有够恶心。 拿给服务员看。 一直道歉， 但是这是卫生问题， 万一使用了， 感染到细菌 谁要负责。 之后向前台经理加藤抱怨并提出后面三天的早餐我们不吃了， 要求退费 他去查询餐厅服务员后同意， 这点我还是蛮认可

性价比低，地點方便, 自助check in /out.
Lobby 是酒吧，比較吵鬧， free drink 味道below standard.
因為我用不了local call, 前台服務員不太願意協助我預訂餐廳. 其實可以看到很多家 Royal park所酒店都是有推廣自助式酒店，本來已經沒有什麼可以服務的酒店，就連预訂餐廳也幫不上忙。
USD250 只能買到一晚冰冷感覺吧。
