I would have given this hotel a high rating because of its location and cleaniness but for its unfriendly staff at the front desk. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. On the second day of our stay, after we finished our breakfast at the restaurant at 10am and wanted to get back to our room, we were surprised to see a sign at the door saying that housekeeping was in progress. We had no choice but to wait at the lobby for about half an hour hoping that the cleaning would be finished by then. When we got back, the cleaning lady was still in our room and told us that she would finish at 11am. We had to get down to the lobby again and waited for another half an hour. When we complained to the staff at the front desk about this unexpected early cleaning of our room, and our one hour wait, they said it was their hotel policy that housekeeping should start at 10am so they didn't think there was any problem for their staff to do the cleaning at this time of the day. The staff at the front desk were pretty rude and seemed to suggest that we were being unreasonable.

We had no choice but to wait at the lobby for about half an hour hoping that the cleaning would be finished by then. When we got back, the cleaning lady was still in our room and told us that she would finish at 11am. We had to get down to the lobby again and waited for another half an hour. When we complained to the staff at the front desk about this unexpected early cleaning of our room, and our one hour wait, they said it was their hotel policy that housekeeping should start at 10am so they didn't think there was any problem for their staff to do the cleaning at this time of the day. The staff at the front desk were pretty rude and seemed to suggest that we were being unreasonable.
