Overall is good, just hotel location a little bit far away from subway(around 15 min walk, especially your luggages with you) and check in procedure need read detail through email.

距離車站很遠 又不巧遇上下雨 2大2小整路非常狼狽 部份房間內用品感覺放置很久未清潔 冰箱後有垃圾 但房間設備算齊全使用很方便 窗外風景很不錯可以看到晴空塔

比照片大，很舒適，就是距離較遠，要走很多路，適合喜愛巷弄漫遊^^

很好的房間，乾淨整潔，比起同價錢的房子大，我2人入住覺得很好，房間窗跟露台也可看到晴空塔，但是那雙人床都是比較小的，房間向東早上很光，但可看日出，如可有遮光布就100分了，還有附近有7-11近停車場1500yan可泊一晚也萛方便，希望下次再入住

3分鐘走路路程，就有環繞巴士只需100円，到晴空塔、押上車站都非常方便。環境非常安靜，陽台就可以看到晴空塔，夜晚在陽台看著晴空塔燈很浪漫！床太軟。對於住六個晚上，只給一條大毛巾，有些不方便

距離捷運站較遠，路小但環境舒適安全，到附近的捷運站再多一點介紹 附近的超商較遠， 週遭環境安靜，晚上很寧靜

一個月前入住，忘了給評價⋯哈哈 首先搞清楚這間不是酒店，他們沒有前台CHECK IN（有一位管理人日間會在一樓，有問題可以提供協助），你在訂房後會收到他們的電郵通知，給你房間信箱的密碼，抵達之後打開信箱領取房卡，他們也提供了詳細的影片，教你如何從最近的曳舟/京城曳舟站到達大樓所在的位置，步行大約要十分鐘多一點，個人建議用cogicogi手機app租單車，淺草就有取車點，這樣騎單車可以來往車站至「酒店」、或是到晴空塔或淺草這些比較近的景點。而這個地方位處比較平民的住宅區，非常非常非常寧靜，在陽台說話都要非常小聲，否則街上都聽得一清二楚。至於房間，比照片看起來更大一些，很舒服，但住宿期間不像酒店一樣有人收拾房間，廚櫃有餐具，但部分都沒洗乾淨⋯另外，房間有洗衣機，有晾衣架，但要晾在陽台或浴室，浴室抽風系統有乾燥功能，要晾衣比陽台更好，不過房內沒有熨斗，不能熨衣服⋯嗯，雖然有缺點，但住起來是挺舒服的

非常干净，酒店内的配套设施齐全，洗衣机，厨房，卫生间，空调，电视应该有的都有。唯一有点不便的是自己行李比较多，离地铁站有点距离。下次行李少的话，应该还会选择这家。

都蛮好的～就是稍微交通不是特别方便

因為係late check in，所以係 mailbox 拎keycard，個 mailbox 既扭夾萬鎖有啲難搞。唔會有人執房(呢一點我好鐘意，感覺安全)，房入面浴缸/馬桶/洗面盤 分開3個位置，餐具有3套，床有一張2人大床同一張收埋左既單人床，真係2至3人房，唔錯。但所有床都好軟而且承托唔到腰椎，愈瞓愈辛苦。有洗衣機/曬衫架同露枱，不過曬衫架太細唔可以洗太多衫，浴缸細唔可以浸但勝在乾淨，廁所入面有6卷後備廁紙。另外有6個後備垃圾袋係煮食爐下面個櫃，雪櫃同洗衣機都能正常運作，很好。明火煮食爐頭有2個，仲有小水煲/煮麵煲/煎鑊，設施同用具都好充足，好屋企咁 (仲有洗碗碟用既洗潔精，洗澡既沐浴露/洗頭水/護髮素)。 到走果日都係放返keycard 入mailbox，因為information 間房要下午2點至6點先有人，不過客人要上午11點前 check out。 位置方面真係偏遠，雖然屬於墨田區但係去曳舟站要行17至20分鐘，行小路會快2至3分鐘，但夜晚10點後返酒店就一定要行大路，只有大路有路燈(朝早6, 7點或夜晚8點後都很小路人)

寧靜的社區，自駕也可以，附近有停車場24hr/¥1000，房間很整潔的Ikea fee，有廚房，洗衣機。

this is a nice place to stay, but, if you are really good at directions, that's good, otherwise, the apartment is not close to train station and if you are good at walking, it's a very nice place to live. unfortunately, the price is a bit high at this moment compare to the time I booked. if you have a family, nice place to stay since you can cook. but still too much walking from the station.

Clean, bright, quiet. We stayed here three nights and then were supposed to go elsewhere but we decided against it and booked another three night in this same building since the area is grea and the building was so well maintained.

施設も綺麗で清潔感がありました。3人で宿泊しましたが、マットが2人分しかなく、問い合わせると、布団が1組ないですか？と返答。3人同じ金額を支払っているのに、1人分は薄い敷布のセットでした。当たり前のような返答で残念でした。その他は無いと思っていたタオルがあって嬉しかったです。

Clean property, laundry and a kitchen included, with a small balcony and big room to stay. A little bit far from the train station, almost 10 min walking the staff is not going to clean the house during your stay because it is basically a property, not treated as a hotel. Instructions to how to turn the lights, tv, ac, dryer are in a separate manual that you need to read because everything is in Japanese. So confusing. The toilet is separate from the bath on a second room.

The view was gorgeous. It was SO FAR from any station (there were two) and to get there was a series of twists and turns, so much that i STILL had to use google maps to find my way after a week! The location was a few minutes from a 7-11, so that was nice to have. It was a nice secure apartment, with a washer (no dryer, but there is a balcony with clothes rack), microwave, stove, sink, a large full bed and a pull out twin bed. I had 2 children, so one actually opted to sleep "in the closet" on a futon mat they had. It was a tight squeeze, but it was definitely liveable. The biggest issue we had was the garbage. Our garbage filled up and we had no garbage bags or anything we could do with it (we are told not to take it out). We didn't contact them about it (it felt weird sending a message to ask them to take our garbage out), so I guess that's on us. Pro: clean, had a great view, all the amenties we needed. Con: SO FAR from the station. Not enough places to put garbage. REALLY FAR from the station. The hotel was far off the map from places we ended up wanting to see, so it took a long train ride to get to sightseeing places.

駅から遠く不便なのにこの価格はちょっと高いと思いました。 お部屋はとても綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。

何日前でもキャンセルの返金をしてもらえないのは残念です。 部屋は、髪の毛がたくさん落ちていたり、鍋の蓋に油や汚れがギトギトに付いていたり、不潔でした。 アメニティも、タオルしかないのも不便です。
