非常方便, 房間夠大, 整潔, 床十分舒適。員工非常有時, 常常面帶笑容, 亦非常樂意幫忙。唯一是, 遇上近百年一遇的地震, 最初酒店的廣播只有日文, 令不懂日語的遊客有點不知所措。事發後約30-45 分鐘後的廣播添加了英語和國語。如果能早一點加入其他語言的廣播會更好 !!

雖說在心齋橋，但在最尾，要去熱鬧的中段也要走十多分鐘，要去道頓掘約20分鐘，來回好累又廢時，而且酒店停車要收費，好貴，幾天收了一千多港幣，要人來收拾房間也沒來收

Second time at this hotel. We were expecting a bigger room than last time, but when we checked in it was a very hurried process. Bedsheets were clean, unfortunately the bedspread at the bottom had stains that could be easily seen. Butler service was great, very friendly and courteous.
We do wish we would be welcomed with a little familiarity (I've since recommended this hotel to a lot of friends), but were a bit disappointed as it did not meet our heightened expectations from our first time experience.

it is the best hotel so far i stayed anywhere.
The staff are nice . The breakfast are good.
the room is comfortably large with good view.
Even i booked a smoking room for a non-smoker, there is not smell of cigarette in the room.
