The hotel has no service and enthusiasm. For the first time in more than ten years, the hotel stayed at such a disappointing hot spring hotel. From the driver who picked us up to the hotel, to check in, and check out the next day, the hotel staff were make us so uncomfortable . No courtesy, no service enthusiasm, only two employees in the whole hotel saw that we would nod their heads to show their attitude. One is to help us with the baggage to the room, one is the driver who sent us back to the station. Even no one say goodbye when we stepped out of the door. All the staff pretended not to see us. Pretend It was busy, the chain hotel had such a poor service. We were very disappointed and never wanted to stay in any other Prince Hotel.
