環境乾淨，非常安靜的住宿品質

Overall is a great place to stay in and the facilitate is new and great. It is easy to access the city heart by bus. Yet , the check in time is limited to 3-6 , If u travel later then 6 , it will be a problem. Also , they are trying to use a phone to be smart key to access the house, it was a bit inconvenience.... one day the phone accidently go out of battery, we can’t open the door, lucky there are other guess can help us recharge the phone, or else we donno what to do. It’s better to have spare keys provide to the guest in case have suitation like this.

アパートメントタイプとして、2泊したがまずまず快適に過ごせた

充電ができず、とても困りました！

清潔でした。

友人と4人で宿泊させて頂きました。室内は綺麗に清掃されていましたが、事前に問い合わせしてスリッパはあるとのことでしたが実際はありませんでした。また、ロフトに4組の布団が準備されていたのですが、そこに４枚布団を敷くことは不可能で、大人4人が足を伸ばして寝ることはできませんでした。

きれいにしてほしい…

7박을 했는데 전체적으로 너무 불만족스러운 숙소였어요. 특히 아이들이 있다면 비추입니다. 1. 소음 소음이 심해요. 저희 아이들도 7일 내내 조심하라며 귓속말&까치발을 계속 이야기해야했어요. 밤늦게까지 술 마시는 사람들 소리도 들려요. 2. 안전 2층침대 난간이 낮아서 아이들 위험하구요. 2층에 묵었는데 계단폭이 좁아서 캐리어 끌고 올라가다가 뒤로 밀릴 뻔 했어요. 굉장히 위험해서 숙소 측에 연락했으나 무인호텔이라 도와줄 수 없다는 답변만 받았습니다. 무책임한 답이었어요. 캐리어 들고 계단 내려가다가 다치면 숙소 측에서는 책임이 없나요? 다치지 않으려고 퇴실 시 캐리어만 따로 내리고 안에 짐은 따로 들고와서 1층에서 짐쌌습니다. 24킬로 캐리어로 계단을 오르내리기는 정말 위험했으나 숙소 측 답변 대응이 너무 어이 없었어요. 3. 타올 및 세탁기 7박 묵는데 단 하루 분의 수건만 있어 연락했더니 무인호텔이라는 답만 받았어요. 문에 걸어줘도 될텐데 참으로 답답한 대응이었어요. 세탁기에서 빨아 쓰라는데 방문전 세탁기 이용 의사가 있어 문의했음에도 불구하고 고장난 세탁기였습니다. 4. 청결 별로예요 ㅠㅠ 5. 위치는 와타나베도리 역까지 걸을만 합니다. 10분 내

The hotel’s location is quite good — it’s close to the station, and there are restaurants, convenience stores, a large supermarket nearby. The price is also very reasonable, not expensive at all. Unfortunately, the soundproofing is really poor. The guests upstairs wouldn’t return until around midnight or even 12:05 every night, and then they’d all take turns showering — you could hear the water running clearly. We could also hear them walking around above us, moving their luggage, and dropping things on the floor. It went on for about two hours each night, and it didn’t quiet down until 2 or 3am. This happened several nights in a row. If you’re very sensitive to noise, do take this into consideration. I had read other reviews mentioning this issue, but I didn’t think it would affect me since I’m usually not bothered by noise. Still, I was woken up just as I was about to fall asleep, and it didn’t feel great. Also, to use the toilet at night, you need to climb up to the rooftop, which can be a bit of a hassle. If you’re travelling with young children, this could be quite dangerous — there’s no barrier around the rooftop, so you’ll need to be extra cautious, especially with kids under five

価格は安く家族４名泊まれました。 無人チェックインが不安であったが、事前登録が万全であったのでスムーズに入室出来ました。 駐車場は、近くにコインパーキングが多数あり問題なし 値段を考えれば、相応ではあるが ソファーベッドの埃が気になり、掃除機で掃除した。 上段ベッドは、ネジが緩んでおり耐久性に不安があったので使用しなかった。

値段も安かったので、また泊まりたいです

なにしろ汚い！ 足裏真っ黒になる室内とシミだらけの布団、埃が凄すぎて掃除しないと機能しない浴室乾燥…ロフトは暑すぎて眠れないほど…サーキュレーターはあるものの、埃が凄すぎて使えず…ソファーもシミだらけだし、痒くなる…小さな虫もいたのは百歩譲って外から入って来たとしよう…ベッドやタオル干しラックはネジが緩んでいでガタガタする。 ベッドのネジは締めたほうがいい。寝返りのたび歪み揺れて怖い

洗面台の異臭がひどく、トイレに座るたびに苦痛だった。 配管洗浄してください。 改善後、報告をお願いします。

The check-in was a different location than the property which made it more difficult because I had to find 2 different places in a foreign country where I don't read the language very well. The rules about sorting garbage was a little frustrating. If they would like customers to sort garbage then they need to provide garbage bags and instructions clearly how it should be sorted

조용한 주택가 안에 위치해 있고, 주변에 괜찮은 음식점과 카페도 꽤 많았습니다. 비교적 조용한 편이었으나 같은 숙소 내의 다른 층의 소음은 잘 들리는 편이라 이른아침에 조금 시끄러웠습니다. 투숙객 각자가 주의해 주었으면 하네요. 한 가지 이층 침대 계단의 경첩이 헐거워 흔들려서 살짝 무서웠습니다. 누군가 다치기 전에 수리해주셨으면 합니다. 이불커버 및 요 커버를 직접 씌워야해서 조금 힘들었네요. 체크인 센터가 다른 곳에 있어 불편한 점은 없었으나, 체크인 전이나 체크아웃 후 딱히 짐을 맡길 곳이 없는 점이 불편했습니다. 전체적으로 마음에 드는 숙소였습니다.

3歳の娘と家族3人で宿泊しました。 民泊は外国人旅行客が多く利用するようで、清潔感や使用感に不安がありましたが、写真通り綺麗で清潔感のある部屋でした。 まだ娘が小さいので、ビジネスホテルより、自宅のような感覚で落ち着いて過ごせる空間はファミリーにぴったりだなと思いました。 ロフトに大喜びの娘は、階段を登ったり降りたり…楽しそうでした。 チェックインの場所が少し離れているのと、受付の方がラフ過ぎた事に驚きましたが、説明はきちんとしてくれたので安心しました。笑 また機会があれば利用したいです。

숙소시설은 사진과 동일했고 깔끔하게 잘 정돈이 되어있었습니다. 숙소 키로 사용되는 스마트폰은 들고다니기에 좀 부담스럽다고 생각했지만 갑자기 필요한 웹검색이나 호스트와의 연락을 바로 할 수 있다는 점에서 꽤 유용했습니다. 숙소로 들어가는 주변에 마트와 편의점이 있어서 자주 이용했습니다. 체크인 장소가 숙소와 다른 곳에 있는 점이 아쉬웠지만 숙소 이용에 대해 전반적으로 만족합니다.

숙소는 너무 좋았는데 해외여행이 처음인지라 체크인 하는곳이 다른곳에 있어 한참 진땀을 뺐습니다. 그것 말고는 깨끗하고 다락방처럼 올라가는 침실 아들이 무척 좋아했습니다.
