可以看到火車和市電經過, 室內舒適, 設備齊全, 只有一條街距離有便利店, 在後面街泊車的地方常常看到可愛的花貓, 唯獨沒有升降機比較不方便, 和火車經過時聲音比較大,

Great stay, nice view of the volcano from the room. supermarket within 5min walk for easy grocery shopping to cook Location is great but its close to the railway so the train noise might be an issue for some travellers (not for us though it is perfect)

目の前のマンションがあり思ったより花火が見えづらく感じましたがそれでもゆつくり眺められたので良かったです。

全体的に高評価です。 駐車場は近隣にあります。 フローリングがざらつきが有り足の裏真っ黒になりましたが掃除機して拭き掃除したら問題ありませんでした。

室内は広々としていて快適です。 2階に泊まりましたが、上の階の足音が結構響きます。 駅近ですがそれほど賑わっておらず、繁華街に出るには市電等で数駅移動が必要です。その移動を含めて鹿児島旅行を楽しめました。

チェックアウトの際に受付のタブレットがエラーを起こしており、端末のヘルプも押せない状態で困りました。 それ以外は部屋も清潔で広く、設備も整っておりとても満足です。

家族で楽しい時間を過ごす事ができありがとうございました。外の音がなければ尚良かったと思います。

Property is in great condition but the constant trains make it hard to sleep. Also the volcano view is unfortunately obstructed by new construction.

駅の近くで電車の音が聞こえること、またエレベーターがないというのは予め分かって宿泊したので、トータル的にとても満足でした！部屋は綺麗でしたし、洗濯機もあったりと設備もしっかり整えられており子供達と宿泊するにはありがたかったです。また鹿児島に来ることがあれば利用したいと思いました！

Likes: The unit has a very pleasing interior with modern amenities. Access is secure, and is gained by entering codes on touch panels. The kitchen is well equipped. The bedroom is spacious, which was very welcome in Japan. Proximity to the train station and local streetcar station, and to the Sakurajima ferry, was very convenient. Having a grocery nearby was convenient, since we did quite a bit of cooking in the kitchen. Areas for improvement: There is not enough lighting at the wash basin, making it difficult to see when brushing teeth or shaving. Would help to have a recessed spotlight above the wash basin, or lighting above the mirror. Also, lighting above the right bed is dim. Would be desirable to have a recessed spotlight above the right bed. Did not like: The proximity to the train station resulted in a constant loud rumble of trains coming and going that was bothersome, that one has to block out.

Bathroom and toilet and also kitchen tools are dirty

I stayed last year too and it was clean but this time especially toilet and bathroom was terrible

部屋は埃と食べかす、子供の玩具が落ちていた。掃除していないのがすぐに分かった。お風呂、写真では綺麗に見えるがドア上部に埃がびっしり。カビもすごい。今回4階だったので階段が大変だった。リピートない。

駅近で朝早くからうるさいのと、別部屋の音がうるさい

駅が近く、朝早くから夜遅くまで踏切の音がします。中は広々として、綺麗なので、音が気にならない人には、いい施設だと思います。

Excellent kitchen, set the standard for my trip. Comfortable bed, quiet once the trains stop, not terribly loud considering the station is 200m away. Good bathroom, strong washing machine, plenty of kitchen tools, counter space, and an ample refrigeator.

家族4人で利用しました。とても清潔で快適に過ごせました。キッチンや洗濯周りも整っているので連泊するには大変便利だと思います。

前日に急遽宿を探すことになったのですが、安く、広く、綺麗でとても助かりました！とても良かったです！

駅が近く電車の音は感じやすいけど、値段と立地を考えると良いと思う。
