干净但很小。离新大阪站非常近。如果您想使用 JR Pass 出城，那就非常容易了。吃美味的面包当早餐！ :)

駅から近く、信号などもないのでほぼ直線で快適に新幹線口に着きました。新幹線利用者にはお勧めだと思います。
コンビニが近くにあるので、買い物も便利でした。
しっかりした食事をしたいときは駅界隈を利用すればいいと思います。お部屋は清潔で必要なものは最低限揃っているので、快適に過ごすことができました。

Good experience with reasonable price. The room is small but it has basic things you will need.
Good things:
-Close to railway station
-Reasonable price
-Clean and tidy
-They will give you convenient store coupon if you bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush
Things Could be improved:
-Toilet paper is cheap and thin
-The curtain is thick, the room could be dark even in the morning but opening the curtain will be too bright. Add a layer of white curtain will be better
-The light switch is hard to reach when you are lying on the bed. A remote light control will be better

離新大阪站只有五分鐘路程，樓下有便利店，住宿包早餐但只有雞蛋，麵包，湯及飲料。酒店有付費洗衣機，酒店可提供牙刷和借用電熱水煲。
可惜附近沒有購物商場，只有車站商舖及地下街。

距離JR新大阪站5分鐘左右，唯一小小的缺點是要經過一個天橋，扛大行李的會有點吃力，附近有許多便利商店，機能還算方便，鄰近新大阪站，所以用餐購物都滿便利的，新大阪站機能十足，飯店員工友善，外語能力不錯，單人房空間偏小，大行李攤開就沒路走，但床很大睡起來很舒服，浴室也算大，使用起來算舒適，整體來說是不錯的住宿體驗。

今次入住R&B，是因為看到他的位置吸引～新大阪站北口，誰知道一分錢 一分貨的B&B，就是要將價就貨，別再要有要求。
位置須然好，但如果由麥當勞方面，經萬豪酒店過天橋，往醫療中心方向行是要落樓梯的；如果拉着行李就要往地下過馬路斑馬缐～單車斑馬缐直行2分鐘就可以到達。
櫃台的幾位小姐只會說日語，如果要英語對話，就要聯絡專線員才可以溝通，職員的態度亦非友善～她們會給客人2張A4紙～英文內容，你自己睇。
房間非常「劏房」feel，床鋪尚算可以，但枕頭是林林的。冷氣機總製有個貼紙叫你不要動，但其實是可以調教的。
包早餐就更令你嘩然～只有冷水、番茄/牛肉/粟米湯、咖啡、四款麵包仔、烚蛋；不會有熱水、綠茶、英國茶包。吃少少亦無防！
將價就貨，係可以接受嘅！
