Excellent traditional experience, onsen is great and the traditional food sets (both breakfast and dinner) are very nice.
Only problems I had overall were maintaince going on during my stay (landscaping and some light building work), and some parts of the building are showing their age (especially in the onsen and lobby areas).
Bonus note, some of the hole in the wall restaurants nearby are excellent and the rual area nearby is great for a break from the big cities (it has that fresh air countryside feel).

嬉野的交通不是很方便，好在行前找到了一个会说英语的酒店职员，帮我们联系到了出租车，直接从SAGA机场接我们过去，四个人，居然派了辆7人座的车，行李足够放。2000日元/人，31公里，60分钟，还是很划算的。服务超级好，怀石料理很超值。

酒店的服务很好，拉着行李箱走进酒店院子，门口的服务员看到就跑过来拿行李，一下子心里暖暖的。房间不大，风景不错，可以看落日。酒店的走廊，和一些厅的装饰非常喜欢，很棒。温泉不错，就是餐食太一般了，好在服务员态度好，心情还是不错的。

For a hotel that's in the rural area, the location is pretty great because there's a shopping street next to it. The hot springs were pretty normal and very relaxing. I mostly enjoyed the store next to the hot spring since they sold a variety of items including toys and cute teapots. The style of the hotel is very authentic and Japanese. It was a very relaxing stay overall!

The air conditioning was great. Room is big. Breakfast is good, lots of variety. The halls that led to the rooms were very hot as there was no air conditioning. The staff was very good. The bellboy explained the functions of each thing in the room. The hot spring was pretty normal like it was very stereotypical but small. For its location, you would definitely want to drive since restaurants are somewhat far.

The hotel area is quite big and the atmosphere is full of Japanese culture, so loving hot spring spa in hotel. Staffs are friendly, but not good in speaking English. Take 10 mins from Ureshino bus station.

今次我們一家駕車去到此酒店,有免費泊車服務,包早餐,房間夠大舒適,有免費溫泉,都不錯,早餐可以的,地方很大坐得夠舒適,由酒店行出去一條直路有一間超市日用品店,但可惜沒有得免稅,只可以買小小食和飲自己用,我地有自駕車可以駕出去吃飯(先前在旅遊書介紹壽司店吃飯)好好味,不錯,但酒店位置比較偏遠些,我想如果自己沒有坐車來,如何來呢? 若自駕遊不錯的,停車場任泊,是一間很舒適休閒酒店,但比較舊些,有小買部,和食店的酒店內.給你們參考.

由於是日本建國紀念日(2/11)， 晚上的街上很冷清，大多店家不能刷卡。
旅館的漢字名稱應為「和多屋別莊」，差點找不到，還好有問觀光協會。
房間很大，風景優美，早餐也很不錯，只是浴室內煙味實在太重了，非常難過。
