環境清幽舒適，木製地板很有家的溫馨感。不過床不是很長，不建議身高178cm以上者入住。
距離山手線新大久保站步行10分鐘以內，隔一站就是交通四通八達的新宿，不趕時間的話也可以直接走去新宿搭車。房子雖然離鐵軌很近，但不至於造成噪音干擾。
附近生活機能頗佳，餐廳、超市、便利商店、藥妝店，走路範圍內就有很多選擇。比較特別的是，附近是韓國區，韓式料理店林立，也有很多賣韓貨的店，而且四處播放著K-POP。
房門無法上鎖，床前的個人置物櫃可上鎖，不過要自備鎖頭。

Great location accessible to all major lines from Shinjuku and Shin okubu. Service is good. Just one suggestion: it would be great if the shower room is open by 6am or 7am at the least instead of 8am. Tourist needs to be out by 8am for all the tours.

It was a nice place to stay and easy access to stations and lots of restaurants to eat from. The staff were really nice, friendly and thoughtful. I wished they had lockers available for keeping personal items safely. I do highly recommend to take a padlock for your luggage or dufflebag to be extra careful!

シャワールームが22:00-翌8:00まで使えない旨の記載がされておらず、近くの銭湯を使わざるを得なかった。22:00以降のチェックインが前から確定していたので、シャワールームが使えないとわかっていれば予約しなかった。正直残念。
