湯布院町燈之宿飯店

The service was excellent! There were several private hot spring baths available. Breakfast was good, but the grilled pork set meal for dinner was even better! Bicycles were also available for rent to ride to Lake Kinrin.

前台及餐廳服務都很好，房間用品很舊，最大問題是浸溫泉的地方有蟲咬，令我手臂上有廿多粒紅腫及很痕癢！十分不滿！

接待職員非常友善及親切 環境清幽有特式， 五間溫泉房有獨立門鎖作私人享用 晚餐豐富 附近有一間大Lawson 非常方便

I love this hotel, is nice and cozy. It has a lot of privacy because of the individual houses and small individual onsen. I particularly like they preserved the historical houses. The dog and cats are so lovely, that’s one of the reasons I like this hotel so much!

在郊外房間有蟲子是正常的，旅館房間有滅蚊器和滅蚊濟。職員很有禮貌，有耐性說明旅館的設施，溫泉如何使用。狗和貓很可愛，貓咪晚上進了我們的房間，貓咪很開心地在房間玩了半小時，想出房間時會叫我們開門，很有靈性。距離由布院JR很近，步行去只需8分鐘，十分方便。

星星是給晚餐的，除了晚餐可以之外，其餘都不太喜歡住R1房！房間偏小，床沒有床架差不多是貼地訓，睡得不舒適，而且床邊很多塵垢，電視在床的側邊，睇電視好麻煩，Wi-Fi很差Netflix根本用唔到 ，浴室水壓不夠，湯屋溫泉水溫偏低！下次再到由布院不會選擇呢一間了。

距離車站步行約十分鐘可達，環境清幽，非常有復古的氛圍，這次訂購的是一泊二食，晚餐超級豐富，份量與菜色多到險些吃不完，泡湯的個人（家庭）湯屋很寬敞，整體來說，是一次很棒的體驗，還有可愛的金毛和貓咪。

地方很寜靜！內有五個private hot springs 非常好！我們一泊二食！食物非常美味豐富！兩隻貓很可愛！

The service staff is very warm and considerate, and the environment is beautiful, suitable for taking photos and relaxing. You can leave your luggage and borrow a bicycle for free, and you don't have to walk a long way to the lake. There are free microwave ovens, washing machines, beverage machines (soda, coffee, water), ice and hot water in the lobby. There is a Lawson next door. You can buy things when you are hungry in the middle of the night. There are two cute cats, a golden hound, and a relaxing rural atmosphere. I came with my family. But I think it's more suitable for couples. It's a little strange that the family is naked together. No. 2 hot spring is very hot... My family and I are probably cooked.😅 There is dinner, but I think it's a little ordinary. Maybe I will try to eat in other restaurants.

住宿環境真的很棒。接待員也很親切貼心。還有可愛的狗狗跟貓咪可以擼。泡湯房也很棒。有機會會再預訂房間。

We enjoyed the stay very much! Convenient location, staff are friendly and helpful and they speak good English. Onsen environments are nice. We love the dogs and cats there.😍 Would be better if there are more support like amenity and small bags for us to bring towels to onsen. Will come again for sure.

很溫馨的一間温泉旅館！ 旅館內有小猫很溫順任客人摸！ 食物質素高，晚餐啤酒都是任飲的！服務員態度優質！旅館外步行不到二分鐘就有便利店！ 無論早晨或晚餐我都感到很滿意，對顧客很用心的一間旅館！
